    We had a simple technical issue to resolve and Aaron helped us straight away and was very engaging while we waited for the equipment to reset. Sometimes you can call a companies customer support and it feels like you are speaking to a door knob. But Aaron was sociable AND helpful! Thank you!!!

    This is the worst Internet service I have ever used. It was installed July 18 2023, this is August 1 2023. It has been 2 weeks and I have never had a consistent connection or when connected anywhere close to the advertised speeds. My main use for the service is to stream TV, at best all I can do is check email. When the TV connects the connection last only a few minutes and I loose the connection. I have called support everyday. They told me when installed the tower providing my service was experiencing issues, having problems since July 14th. I call daily relating my service is still not providing a solid connection or running advertised speeds. They told me the tower equipment needed to be rebooted, power cycled, which took 3 days to complete from what I was told. Then the tower went down completely and I was told they were going to change the equipment on the tower. The order, ticket, was entered into their system on Saturday July 29th. I was not able to reconnect till Tuesday morning, August 1. Now I am back to the same slow speeds. Speeds typically from .0.5 mbps to 28mbps download and 0.1 - 7.3mbps uploads. I signed up for 75mbps download and 10mbps uploads. The technician told me since my equipment was installed in the rain it might be an issue with connections and speed. Tech support, including the network team insist there is a problem with the tower servicing my area. They have also told me there are only 12 customers in this area connected to this tower. So bandwith should not be an issue, evidently 12 customers isn't enough for them to worry about fixing issues in a timely manner.
    I would advise not to try this service if you have any other options or need more than occasionally checking email. Calling daily on most days they have a pre-recorded message of outages they are experiencing. My area was listed once but has had problems now for over 2 weeks.

    I'm surprised this company still exists. They should be shut down for false advertising. All their 5-star reviews on Google are fake. We paid $50/month for 10 mbps and only got 0.1 - 0.5 mbps. The owners (Garrett & Blake W******) are incompetent p****s with no real IT/business skills. Feel free to file a lawsuit against them.

    Horrible Business! Company upgrades, expands to outer lying areas of Shawnee County.
    I live within one mile, can see the tower from my house. No internet! But I have paid my bill for the last two months.
    The problem is lying! I had been a customer from 2008. Not anymore!
    They stated I wasn't receiving signal because I had old equipment. But when service tech left on June 4th,2023. That was the best my service ever worked. June 7th, 2023, no internet. Wow.
    They use a word call throttling. Which means they control how much signal you receive, without you knowing it! Report them to the BBB. Or better yet file it with small claims asking for the return of you're money. Maybe we all should start a class action against Mercury Wireless!

    April 2023 was told out system would not longer work and that I should upgrade to the new LTE system that would provide up to 75 mps which would have been much better than what I previously had. New LTE system was installed which consisted of new receiver new router and new power cord. Day of install signal constantly comes and goes. When it stays connected speed test shows barely receiving 2-4 mps. I've made several calls keeping my composure knowing that the person on the other end can do only so much explaining the situation only to be told to unplug and plug back in. I've done this so many times my outlet is getting mad. Customer service continues to say tower maintenance, funny thing is I can see the tower from my living room and live a mile away from it. Never have I seen anyone doing maintenance on it. I've inquired about the billing only to hear crickets or my favorite nothing I can do. When I ask who handles billing questions response is oh we don't have a billing department we handle it in customer service...hmmm. I've had to switch all my devices to my cellphone wifi and continue to be charged by Mercury Wireless. I can't cancel since they are the only circus in town where I live plus I've been with this company before they were called Mercury. Would just like to have a continuous decent signal and an adjustment on my bill for what I'm not getting.

    THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE. They offer internet speeds that don’t exist but yet you pay for a “service” that doesn’t exist. Internet is constantly dropping and rarely ever works. Such a freaking joke and no one should ever use this internet company. This is literally the only choice we have while we wait for starlight service to be available on our area. We have wasted so much money with this provider and the technician that comes to attempt to fix our problems have told us multiple times that they have oversold our tower giving us shitty service. Today when we called again about lack of service, we were told that someone could come for a site inspection on the 26th…..21 days from now when we need our internet to do our jobs and our children’s schooling. You should be ashamed and embarrassed of how your company is scamming people out of so much money because we literally have no other option. What a f+#%*!g joke of a company you are. Horrible speeds or should I say lack of speed at all…..most speed tests are below 1…..yes we have pulled a 0.04 and they call and offer a $*/month discount. Again, what a joke and this is really all you can do to resolve the problem?!?! How about you don’t sell a product you can’t stand behind. Don’t reply back to this post and tell us to call customer service unless you are actually going to resolve the issue.

    Service just got to our area and I couldn't more thrilled!!!! I have been in customer service for almost 30 years so my bar for receiving great customer service is set very high! From my first phone call to the techs (James and Camden) to the following up call from customer service (Amber) I am very pleased! I am looking forward to finally having a reliable service in my rural area! Hoping that one day we will be blessed fiber optics!!! HINT HINT!!! :-)

    I live in rural Indiana and suffered through very bad experiences trying to get high speed internet service. Fxxxxxxx wouldn't bother establishing a cable connection ("you are 175 yds away from a connection, we have to trench a road"). I then established service with Hxxxxxxxxx satellite internet. It was better than nothing but also expensive, slow and required purchase of additional bandwidth multiple times per month. My cell phone network was faster. I then heard about Mercury. I found that nearby homes were using Mercury and pleased with the service. I contacted Tyla B**** at Mercury and established service. The installation was fast and the technician was competent, fast and helpful. Service is great. It is dependable, has unlimited bandwidth, high speed and less expensive than my previous service. I recommend Mercury without reservation.

    I would put ZERO stars if I could!
    THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE! We have had them for over 10 years because we have no other options.
    The apparently know this and don't care to offer any kind of help!
    We have been through the ringer with them. Horrible SPEEDS and promises to give us credits on our account.
    As we were going through paperwork we realized they raised our rates from 89.95 a month to 109.95 for months. When we called to talk to them about it they said it was because we dropped our contract. We didn't have a contract because for many months the speed was so slow they didn't know if they were even going to be able to offer us any service!
    If you have ANY OTHER OPTION for internet service definitely DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!! They do not offer any kind of help or support in matters.
