    I’ve been with Mercury since February/March of 2023. I’ve had great service and customer service was very helpful and courteous when I needed them. The installers were great too. No problems whatsoever.

    I’ve never had consistent internet service but at least for years they tried and their customer support team was good.
    Two times now service charges have shown up on my upcoming invoices. I’ve contacted twice for the 2nd charge and not a word back. I don’t know if there’s a new GM, owner or what but it’s horrible.
    And good luck if you are suppose to get reimbursed when discovered the charge was wrong.

    They charged me a month I don't even have service for and won't return payment. Plus charged me 200 etf when I was told when I signed up that if I move and can't get service at new place that there would be no etf...

    Stopped working, I’ve asked for them to disconnect it and they are still racking up charges even three months after they shut it off. I’ve asked them to come get their equipment and they won’t.

    Mercury has given me really good experiences every time i've talked with them. this last time I had a couple questions and needed help with some billing and the representative Aaron was a joy to work with. he was kind and helpful and was able to help with my billing issue and explain clearly the answers to me questions.

    I have had Mercury Wireless for several years. When it was first installed I had problems. Customer service was always excellent. Once they sent a tech out problems were resolved. It is very seldom that I have problems since I got their router. I had a problem today with upload speed being almost zero. I called Mercury and talked with a Dave. He was nice and got the problem resolved.

    Don’t use Mercury Broadband if you can avoid it
    They have subpar service quality and their customer service and contracts are terrible. After multiple technical support tickets with no gains in service performance, our family decided to switch to T-Mobile home internet. We’re so glad we did. Not only do they have a better price with no contracts or hidden fees at all, they also have a more reliable and faster connection where we live.
    More specifically, we cancelled and returned our equipment a few months early due to this and were assured that would be fine by customer support. Imagine our surprise when we found an expensive early contract cancellation fee in the mail. This in spite of the fact that we were credited our last month of service because Mercury admitted they had a lot of consistent outages that month.
    After calling to dispute this charge and getting nowhere, we have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and will be contacting the Attorney General’s office to file a formal complaint regarding this deceitful and likely illegal business practice. This is as anti-consumer as it gets folks.
    Locked into a contract that even when service is not available and by cancelling and choosing a competitor results in an early contract termination fine that they refuse to waive.
    Get T-Mobile or Verizon or whomever else offers decent service in your area. This company is not doing business in an ethical manner and you should take your money elsewhere like we have.

    This company has horrible customer service with rude condescending people.
    I set up my account as autopay from the very beginning. Every month I have to call in because I get an email stating my payment is late. If I call, they reassure me that it's taken care of. If I don't call, they send more emails stating that my service is about to be shut down. When I call, they assure me that its taken care of. Now they have started charging late fees and saying its my fault somehow. The last 3 phone calls have been extremely rude condescending billing department that refuses to consider that something is wrong on their end and will not reimburse the late fees.
