    I've had nothing but good customer support from this service. Hey Miss Brie went above and beyond to try and get me back into my account. 5/7 do recommend

    HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I've had their service since 2018 and it was good for the first few years. I work remotely and my service was out constantly. They told me the only way it would work without the constant problems would be to upgrade to LTE and I would also have to sign a 2 year agreement for them to upgrade the equipment. That was the only option given. LTE was even worse than before and when I would call customer service they were no help and offered no options on getting it up and working. I was finally able to get ******** and called to cancel and told them I should not be held in a contract when they did not provide the service they promised. My internet was out at least 7-8 times a day!!! The manager I talked to at Mercury ********** saying I only called 2 times all year to report it was out and that there was no way she was waving my cancellation fee. I told her I could show her my phone records of all the times I called and she told me it didn't matter she wasn't waving it when they only have record I called twice. ************* I've called more than 2 times in one day on many occasions! She said I should have been calling all day long everyday when it was out. Not a good option when they obviously aren't documenting the calls and don't' help when you do call. To say the least stay away from them!

    ******************* I've been with them 3years due for upgrade its been 4weeks still no upgrade half time no service paying 89.95 they get their money I don't get upgrade

    I have had Mercury Broadband internet for going on 7 years. It has worked decently until about 2 weeks ago. One day it just stopped working. We were told there is nothing they can do because the tower we are connected to hasn't been upgraded to the new system yet, and our equipment is old and outdated causing interference with other surrounding towers. They can't replace our equipment we are told because it still wouldn't work. There has been no follow up by the company other than me calling in repeatedly and only to be told I'm sorry theres nothing they can do, and them issuing small credits to my account for the inconvenience. Meanwhile I'm still paying for a service that I cannot use working from home. Went from having the ability to stream **** and *******, to not even being able to connect through wifi at all with upload speeds of .01mbps. $60/month for something that is unusable with no other options at all. Terrible customer service for those on the higher end at Mercury to not try to keep longstanding customers, instead are focused solely on getting new customers.
