      Sales rep fully aware I was brand new to the industry and had no mentors, he preyed on me and got me under contract. That sales rep Kyle Marriot was fired for being a greasy salesman, they know he hosed me and won't terminate my contract. Worst company ever, will not ever do what's right only what helps them survive. You only have a 30 day window per year to cancel or they screw you and renew your contract without sending you anything making you aware it has been renewed. They also filed a UCC1 with state of WI, this is typically used when you have a loan. UCC1 definition "A UCC-Uniform Commercial Code-1 statement is a legal notice filed by creditors to publicly declare their rights to potentially obtain the personal properties of debtors who default on business loans they extend. " EXPLAIN WHY A COMPANY PAYING ME FILES THIS? BECAUSE THEY WANT TO TAKE YOU FOR EVERYTHING THEY CAN IF YOU BREACH THEIR **** CONTRACT.
      They also reached out to a carrier without notifying me sending them a NOA the day after I sent an email to cancel my contract. Not coincidence, they are malicious and will never do what's right only what allows them to survive another year, DISGUISTING.

All factoring companies file UCC's, as part of the contract. You are currently under contract with TAFS and we are happy to factor your invoices until properly terminated.       I'VE FOLLOWED ALL PROCEDURES,SUBMITTED REQUEST NOT TO RENEW IN 2024 MY CONTRACT IS UP HAD TO DO ALL FOOT WORK TO CLOSE OUT PROCESSED LOADS. BUT THEY DON'T ALLOW BUYOUTS .I CAN'T FIND ANYONE TO ASSIST! SIGNED AN SUBMITTED AUTHORIZING NEW COMPANY AS MY FACTORING COMPANY, AND THEY WON'T REPLY TOO THEM NOR ME, I WAS TOLD CLIENT MANAGERS GO ON RENEW MY CONTRACT AN ALL MY PROBLEMS WILL BE SOLVED. BY ALL MEANS I WON'T REFER THIS TOO ANY CO THEY WILL HAVE YOUR COMPANY IN FINANCIAL BANKRUPTCY, CALLED TODAY AND WAS TOLD ALL TRANSITIONS ARE BY EMAIL, BUT NO RESPONCE . THEIR WERE (20 INSTANCESES OF FELLOW FRIENDS HAD SAME SITUATION,RESULTED IN DOING LOADS UNDER TABLE FPR LESS JUST TOO PAY THERE BILLS

Please complete the form so we can move forward. TAFS does execute buyouts and your contract was properly expired so there will be no renewal. Thank you.

      I received a message about a load that TAFS has not been able to get paid because the broker is not answering their emails. I called the broker and they were missing one of the BOL's and I quickly reached out to the receiver and sent back the missing BOL to the broker. It hasn't even been more than 60 days and TAFS is charging me back the full amount because the broker is not answering their emails??? but I was able to speak with the broker over the phone and everything, this people do not go above and beyond they do not care about their costumers and I thought that my contract states that it needs to pass 120 days to get a charge back why am I getting it 60 days after???

      I am extremely disappointed with the factoring company's lack of cooperation and their failure to release my UCC filing (Uniform Commercial Code). From the beginning, I had high hopes for a smooth and efficient experience. However, it quickly became apparent that this factoring company's commitment to customer service was severely lacking.
      Despite numerous attempts to communicate with them and resolve the issue, they have shown no willingness to address my concerns. The main issue lies in their refusal to release my UCC. This document is crucial for my business operations and financial stability. It is disheartening to see a company that claims to support small businesses act so irresponsibly and hinder my ability to conduct business effectively. Furthermore, the factoring company's lack of transparency and communication exacerbates the frustration. They have consistently failed to provide a satisfactory explanation for the delay in releasing my UCC, leaving me feeling completely in the dark about the status of my request.
      I strongly advise against working with this factoring company. Their uncooperative attitude, failure to release important documentation, and lack of communication are all red flags that indicate a disregard for their customers' needs. Seek alternative options that prioritize professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to customer service.

      One of the finance managers did reach out to me and address why i was charge extra for a invoice. Basically she was covering the mistake with out sending me any supporting documents . I asked why do TAFS charge people who signed up 17% for a chargeback? Also charge me a gas card that i cant use because TAFS AND I know its no gas station in the 100 mile radius of my zip code that takes that gas card. There answer is you shouldn’t of signed up. But we both did the research 2 days after i received the cards. So basically TAFS is going to charge me anyway instead of letting me out of that fuel commitment. There business practices is UNETHICAL and when you complain the client services will say that ALL FACTORING companies do the same as TAFS! Thats a straight LIE!

      This is by far the worst company I've ever worked with. They lock you in a year contract and then it takes forever to get paid. You might as well wait for the broker to pay you. Then when your sick of them and ask how to have your UCC filing canceled they say you need to read your contract. I'm getting a lawyer and getting out as soon as I can.

      TAFS is the worst ***************** in *******. They are a SCAM!!!!!! I just have 1 month of signing "The TAFS nightmare agreement" and I absolutely regret that we chose them. The employee that harassed me every day to get me into signing the agreement and that promised to always be there for me has disappeared on me. They want to obligate people to use their Fuel card when I was told it was optional, so you are false advertising yourselves. They also offered FourKites and some ELD BS that I didn't want and now I am also been obligated to use, otherwise they can hold back my money. By the way,, I called the ********** of ************** and they informed me that no 3rd party can obligate you to use or share your ELD with them, unless is DOT. Hmmm interesting huh.. Well, since I've been calling and trying to get answers or to speak to someone other than their customer crab service, they keep telling me to redirect myself to reading my "agreement" when clearly what they need to do is have someone live over the phone talking to me or even better, how about you be clear when selling your business... I am not scared of the contract, as I am writing this review, I am waiting for a call back from a Lawyer that can assist me since TAFS has no one available. I hope you TAFS is happy they fooled yet another customer... People please READDDDD before signing anything. I am a mother of 7 kids and all my dreams of getting my own company running has went downhill sadly. But for sure I will do whatever it takes to handle this situation. I WILL TAKE THIS TO COURT AND ANYWHERE IT HAS TO BE TAKEN. Thank you to TAFS and the employee who helped mess up my dream... RED FLAGGGG this people... NEGATIVE STAR FOR EVERYTHING

      TAFS management has reviewed this complaint. A supervisor has reached out to the carrier to resolve any issues and answer any questions. All fees and ELD data verification are set out in the factoring service agreement. TAFS supervisor has reiterated the agreed to terms of the agreement including fees and ELD data verification with the carrier. If the carrier has any additional questions, concerns, or issues, Client Services can be reached at ************. Per the agreement, this client is not eligible for release at this time.       Wish I could give them negativity star they hire incompetent people they already have bad business practices add incompetence to the mix it screws the trucker there client which they treat as a convict I pray to get out from under them the worst thing ever happened to me is tafs
