      On June 2, 2023 Synerprise Consulting Services used my bank account info to fraudulently withdraw $213.44 from my checking account for a debt that was paid off in 2022. I did not authorize SCS to withdraw funds from my checking account this year. My account was already paid in full.

      Please be advised that Synerprise Consulting Services, Inc. has investigated this matter.  The payment ran on 6-2-23 was a clerical error.  We had initially setup a payment plan with the consumer in March of 2022 and the account was to be paid off on 6-2-22.  The final payment was accidentally set up for 6-2-23 instead.  We will refund the $213.44 to the address provided the BBB, but will wait 10 days to make sure the check is not returned.  This will bring the balance owed back to $213.44.  If you would rather us keep the payment to pay the account in full, please let us know.  We can be reached here or feel free to email me, **** ******* ** ******************************** **** *** ******* **********  ***** *** *** ******** **** ****** ** *** ********* *** ** **** *** **** *********

      I am disabled and I have tried contacting this department to remove from my credit report I don’t recognize this amount however everything should go through my insurance I am on social security and I have had no interaction with this company

      The basis for my dispute SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SE, Date: September 14, 2019, Account#: ********* Amount: $3,654, SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SE, Date: September 14, 2019, Account#: ********, Amount: $9,601, - was required to notify me prior to 09/14/2019,09/14/2019 or no later than 30 days after.

      SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SEfailed to notify me about reporting derogatory info. to ******** ********* *** ********** In section 603(p) 15 U.S.C. ss 168s-2(a)(7)(A)(I); “The notice required under subparagraph (A) shall be provided to the customer prior to, or no later than 30 days after 09/14/2019, furnishing the negative derogatory information to a consumer reporting agency described in section 603 (p),’ 15 U.S.C. ss 1681s-2(a)(7)(B)(I). Plus broke commercial law under UCC § 9.501 that all notices were timely and properly given by dated certified mail receipt. They were not met. I asked for documentation & received no response.

      Also, SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SE" failed to give me my "Mini-Miranda" five days prior to placing this derogatory item on all of my credit reports, per Section 807(11) & FDCPA §809, which is $1000 per violation and the state of Texas allows treble damages.
      Under § 809. Validations of date and Mini-Mirandi under Section 807(1) Synerprise Consulting SVS, **** ** ***, Owner failed to send me my initial communication before placing this alleged derogatory status on my credit reports further violating the FCRA, I understand that according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, failing to provide this notice can result in a penalty up to $2500 and can be enforced by the FTC, and that my state attorney general can also enforce this with a $1000 penalty as well.

      Synerprise Consulting Services is causing damage to my credit score for something I have no knowledge of. This is a violation of rights under the Fair Reporting Credit Act and I would like this removed. Not only do I have no knowledge and this is inaccurate, it is also a duplicate on my report. I would like both of these removed

      Please be advised that Synerprise Consulting Services, Inc. has investigated this matter.  We have verified that the amount owed is accurate and show insurance on file.   We show the original charge as $2349, there were payments/adjustments totaling $2117.64, leaving the amount of $231.36.  This information can be further verified with the consumer's insurance company by requesting an explanation of benefits from 9-21-21.  A notice was mailed out the patient's address on file, which matches what was provided to the BBB, and we did not receive mail return.

      On October 20, 2022, Synerprise Consulting SE received my dispute letter requesting verification of the debt they are reporting to the credit bureaus as account number ************. I did recall having any obligation to any creditor in the amount they claim I owe. As of today, I have not received a reply to my request for verification of the account the debt collector is reporting to the bureaus. The debt collector violated 392.301(a)(3) of the Texas Finance Code when they continued collection activity on an account they failed to validate after they were notified in writing within the specified 30 days. I am respectfully requesting the prompt removal of the account from my credit report. I am making every effort to resolve this matter without presenting my case before a courtroom jury in my community. I look forward to your cooperation in this matter.

      I have reached out to SYNERPRISE CONSULTIN. They have failed to provide proof of validation regarding a debt that does not belong to me. They have furnished this alleged debt on my consumer report and have failed to validate the alleged claim pursuant to Sec. 809(b)of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and according 609(a)(1)(A), you are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report. I demand this item be removed from my credit report immediately. SYNERPRISE CONSULTIN you are furnishing inaccurate and incorrect information to the consumer reporting agencies.
      The reporting of such inaccurate information has caused severe damage to my character, my reputation, my general mode of living and my ability to obtain credit for personal and house purposes.
      You and your inaccurate reporting have damaged my livelihood.
      15 U.S. Code § 1681s–2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies

      Even if you didn't receive a Form 1099-C, you must report canceled debt as gross income on your tax return.
      The IRS Clearly defines a charge off as Gross or Ordinary income, INCOME DOES NOT GET REPORTED ON THE CONSUMER REPORT which in fact makes your reporting of this account inaccurate!
