I’m formally dispute the recent actions of Synerprise Consulting, a third-party collection agency, regarding a reported debt in the amount of $1,441 under account number 1*******. Their actions have resulted in an erroneous and harmful entry on my credit report.
Upon investigation, I’ve found significant issues:
Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA): Synerprise Consulting has failed to provide adequate validation of this debt as required under FCRA Section 609. Specifically:
No signed contract exists between myself and Synerprise Consulting.
No notice of intent to collect was ever sent by Synerprise Consulting, violating FCRA Section 623(a)(7).
No proof of identity (e.g., copy of ID) was provided to validate this transaction.
No documented payment history proving the account is past due or in arrears.
Violation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA): It is apparent that Synerprise Consulting received my medical information from the original creditor, US ********** Partners. Sharing or utilizing my protected health information without explicit consent is a clear breach of HIPAA regulations.
Furthermore, I contacted US ********** Partners, the alleged original creditor, and confirmed that I do not have an outstanding account with them. Any previous accounts with US ********** Partners have been settled in full.
Synerprise Consulting has failed to adhere to FCRA requirements and has also violated my rights under HIPAA by mishandling my sensitive medical information. These actions are both unlawful and unethical.
As an attempt to resolve this matter amicably, I request:
Immediate removal of this debt from all credit reporting agencies.
Written confirmation that Synerprise Consulting has ceased all collection activities regarding this account.
Failure to comply will result in further action, including but not limited to a lawsuit seeking damages of $1,500 per violation under FCRA and additional penalties for HIPAA violations.Business Response

Company did not provide any information requested and gave an invalidate answer. No proof of any transaction or agreements with this company giving them the right to collect an alleged debt.

A copy of the signed release can be requested from the facility where services were provided, Texas Institute for Surgery regarding the date of service 11-2-2018. In the month of July 2024, I received a fraudulent claim was placed on my credit report by SYNERPRISE CONSULTING. My information was compromised last year and this is another claim that been placed on my credit report. I do not know of SYNERPRISE CONSULTING and have had no correspondence or communication with them. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S. Code § 1681s–2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies:
(2)Duty to correct and update information
A person who—
(A)regularly and in the ordinary course of business furnishes information to one or more consumer reporting agencies about the person’s transactions or experiences with any consumer; and
(B)has furnished to a consumer reporting agency information that the person determines is not complete or accurate,
shall promptly notify the consumer reporting agency of that determination and provide to the agency any corrections to that information, or any additional information, that is necessary to make the information provided by the person to the agency complete and accurate, and shall not thereafter furnish to the agency any of the information that remains not complete or accurate.
(3)Duty to provide notice of dispute
If the completeness or accuracy of any information furnished by any person to any consumer reporting agency is disputed to such person by a consumer, the person may not furnish the information to any consumer reporting agency without notice that such information is disputed by the consumer. I have contacted the credit reporting agencies via mail with affidavits that these transactions were all fraudulent. I am requesting that these items by SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SERVICES, partners, and all affiliates associated with/ or in connection to SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SERVICES immediately be removed or be subject to legal action in accordance with the FCRA to the full extent of the law.Business Response

This company has an account in collections for the amount of 768.00.I have attempted to contact the company and asked them to mail me proof that I owe this balance.The representative said that I would recieve something showing the balance due and what I was being charged for.However,I never reciprocated anything from the company and it has been over three months.I do not believe I owe this balance and if I do I would like the company to send me the invoice from the original office that billed me.If not I would like this balance removed from my credit report immediately.I have reached out to the company and have not been given clear answers.

I am not liable to T**** ****** LLC. I do not have a contract with Synerprise Consulting Service, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested and validation on 02/01/2024. Synerprise Consulting Services has violated laws and my rights by failing to provide the necessary documentation within the 30-day period, as required by law. According to FDCPA 15 USC 1692g a debt collector must send written notice within five days of the first communication with the consumer about the debt and must include a statement that the consumer must respond within 30 days (they did not provide it to me). Within 30 days of receiving the validation notice, if the consumer disputes in writing any portion of the debt, the collector must STOP all collection efforts (they did not). The collector must also provide the consumer with the name and address of the original creditor (they did not provide it to me) and the current creditor.Business Response
