    I bought a Kayak pool in the fall of **************************** May 2024. I was kept informed during the entire process prior to installation. The install went very quickly with no issues. I have a semi in ground which entailed a few more steps to installation. Any questions I have had were answered quickly. I would definitely recommend Kayak Pools to anyone shopping for a pool.

    They were super easy to deal with. We got on the install schedule early in the spring of 24. The installers showed up on time and had the pool installed in less than 8 hours.The sales people were great to work with and did not try to upsell us on things we did not want. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what we wanted to purchase. I think the dual floor drains make a huge difference when it comes to water maintenance. We would recommend kayak pools midwest.

    We talked with a representative from Kayak Pools, he was very informative, friendly and not pushy. He seemed to really love his job and the product that he was selling. We enjoyed working with him. We purchased a pool from Kayak, had their installers come to install it. They were very knowledgably, worked in a very timely manner. We highly recommend Kayak Pools.

    From the purchasing to the installation, all was seamless. Easy to contact an associate with any questions. Great customer service. This is the best pool Ive ever owned. It requires very little maintenance thanks to the frog chlorine system and the bottom drains.

    We had been looking to get a pool Installed for quite awhile.did research on companies and found Kayak and initiated conversations. Kayak was outstanding from that first call all the way through and after installation. We love our pool and have peace of mind knowing it was installed by their professional teams.
