    From start to finish we had such a great experience with Kayak Pools Midwest! Any and all questions were easily answered, communication throughout the entire process was so simple! And the install team was phenomenal; they had top notch communication, were always on time, respectful of our property, kept everything tidy, extremely friendly, and made "pool school" so easy!
    We've been enjoying our pool so much this summer so far!
    I highly recommend Kayak Pools!

    Great Experience from Start to Finish
    We had our Kayak Pool installed in October 2024, and now that we’re in our first full pool season, I can confidently say the experience has been great. From the very beginning, the team at Kayak was incredibly easy to work with. They answered all of my questions during the installation process and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.
    What’s really stood out to me is their ongoing support. Anytime I’ve had questions about running the pool—whether it’s about maintenance, operation, or just general tips—I’ve been able to reach out and get helpful answers quickly. Their customer service has been excellent.
    They also provide very useful instructional videos, which have been a huge help. For example, we used their video guides when cleaning our filter for the first time and when learning how to open and close the pool. It made things a lot easier and less intimidating.
    Overall, I highly recommend Kayak Pools. The product is great, and the support has been even better.

    Kayak was a great company to work with. They allow us to do some of the leg work ourselves to limit the cost. My husband and I are both veterans and we were offered their military discount. The pool installation only took a day and anytime I had a question or concerns they were there to help.

    I purchased my pool in the end of the summer of 2024. It was installed and immediately winterized. The spring was the first chance I’ve had to put everything into operation and Kayak Pools Midwest made sure that I didn’t do it alone. Between their videos online and the wonderful people I spoke with on the phone. I was able to get my pool up and running and finally able to enjoy it. They are a class company and I have been completely satisfied with every aspect of this pool ownership.

    Very good experience from start to finish. All staff friendly and professional. Had a couple issues with the scheduling of the install but that was due to the weather last spring. Still got it installed by the first week of June and enjoyed it through September!
