    Our pool was installed in July. We have been EXTREMELY pleased with Jose & his crew! They responded via text immediately and worked their butt off until the job was finished.
    We had to make some minor changes due to ground water, but nothing major. We talked through it & Jose made sure it was completed 100%.
    So far we are very pleased!
    Cant wait to finish composite decking and landscaping!

    We purchased during Covid and had a special order liner due to under liner stairs. While we were a little disappointed with a longer than expected install (we thought spring but ended up being August) we understood the delays because of the special order liner and general Covid chaos. Awesome sales team. Awesome customer service rep. Awesome install team. Midwest has been getting beat up in a Facebook group and it appears to be the same complainer making multiple complaints. I wanted to share a positive review. We love our pool and would do it all over again. Just closed it for the fourth or fifth season - it opens crystal clear each year. We, adult kids and grandkids love it. We put in underliner stairs for elderly mother (84) and she loved and used the pool while she was with us. Get the underliner stairs - spend the extra you won’t regret it.

    After shopping around with 3 other local pool companies, Kayak Pools Midwest had us saying 'SOLD!' before the end of the first phone call! They were WAY under our other quotes and we even got a deck with the pool! Every department from sales, finance, site visit and install were gracious, friendly and prompt.     This i the first time i have ever left a reveiw for anything
    But i am very frustrated with this company kayak
    First i would like say the pool it self seems like very good qualify pool
    Now on to the install
    We purchashed a 16x24 pool with an L Deck and wanted it butted up to out existing deck for a smooth transition to the pool
    -According to Kayak this was possible and i even paid extra to have this butted to the existing deck
    -Installation day (Please keep in mind no representative from kayak every stoped by the site) 8 people show up to install the pool i had a diagram of how i wanted the pool installed went over it with the foreman we all seemed to be on the same page left for work for 6 hrs came back and was not butted up against our deck Also not parallel with our existing deck and also did not align with west edge of our existing deck
    These items were all communicated with the foreman
    -So kayak cam back and fixed the west side alignment looks good
    -The pool is still roughly 18inches away from our existing deck and on a 2 1/2 angle which none of there installers seem to know how to fix this issue but
    -I have emailed ,called asked for someone to stop onsite other then the installers to explain the situation this is a simple fix that kayak foes not seem to know how to accomplish
    -When you pay 40k for an above ground i would like it installed correctly
    -I would air on caution when using kayak as we have a pool currently with no water because kayak drained and is 2 1/2 out of parallel with our existing deck Installation
    -If this pool was installed at any kayak representative home they would not accept and should expect us to except this
    -Please also use caution as kayak is a prepayment company which i did agree to but obviously after all these issues i also figured the reason for this
