5 starsOur experience with Kayak Pools from the initial sales process to installation has been highly positive although we encountered some minor issues with equipment, including the pump in salt system these were addressed promptly and efficiently Tyson from the installation team in Morgan from customer relations were instrumental in resolving the issues quickly ordering the necessary replacement parts both individuals demonstrated exceptional, professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness throughout the process ensuring our needs were met, and any concerns were addressed in a timely manner.
Once these issues were resolved, we finished out the summer enjoying our pool!!Kayak Pools Midwest

5 starsWe absolutely love our Kayak pool! From start to finish, the experience has been nothing but positive. The installation process was smooth, and the team made sure everything was done with care and attention to detail. The quality of the pool itself is outstanding—sturdy, safe, and built to last.
What I enjoy most is how easy it is to maintain. The water stays crystal clear with very little effort, and the design makes it simple to keep clean. It has truly become the highlight of our backyard, and we spend countless hours swimming, relaxing, and making memories with family and friends.
Investing in a Kayak pool has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. It’s not just a pool—it’s an upgrade to our lifestyle. I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality, durability, and years of enjoyment!Kayak Pools Midwest

4 starsOverall I was impressed with my Kyak pools experience. Our sales rep, Dan Jett was phenomenal. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He was available whenever I needed him to answer questions and offer guidance for things that weren’t even in his jurisdiction. The instal department needs to work on their communication with the actual installers. I also would have appreciated a little more guidance about how our pool worked from the instal team. I read some reviews online that said people had issues with communication once they put down their deposit or paid their balance but were waiting for instal. I personally did not experience this. I always received a response within 48 hrs, but usually sooner. ( except for Dan who always responded within hours at the most). I would recommend Kyak pools to my family and friends.Kayak Pools Midwest

However, what truly set this experience apart was the incredible service provided by Michelle, the salesperson who guided me through the entire process.

1 starIt’s taken me awhile to come up with the words to describe the experience we had with Kayak Pools Midwest.
The customer service (at first) was fantastic. We were super happy. But then the installation crew came and completely demolished our property. They hit our distribution box and drain lines. This caused our basement to flood the same day whenever it stormed. It caused thousands of dollars worth of property damage, inside and outside, of our home. Almost $100,000 in renovations and repairs.
After our lawyer sent some paperwork over to corporate, they ended up giving us a small refund (but not a total refund) since what we paid for we couldn’t get + the damages. We paid for an inground pool and settled for an above + a small refund since they claimed they wouldn’t accept a return for the entire pool.
The pool itself? Mediocre at best. And after the installation was finished by a different crew, the leader of it told my husband that the crew who was there previously (that caused all the damage) was new and not experienced.
They then responded back to my Google review saying we were responsible for the damage to our property for not disclosing unground plumbing which the customer service staff told us that “it should be fine” after we TOLD THEM BEFOREHAND that we DID not KNOW.
Reflecting back on everything that happened this year with the pool and company, I wish I would have taken even further legal action. But instead I’ll settle and leave this review to hopefully stop others from being victimized by the company. Beware.Kayak Pools Midwest

Were very sorry to hear you're disappointed with your experience. To clarify, all Kayak crews are licensed, bonded, and professionally trained. As discussed before installation, homeowners are responsible for ensuring all underground lines are properly marked. In this case, the lines were not identified, which unfortunately caused the issues you experienced. Once this was discovered, we worked closely with you to find a solution and provided a refund adjustment. While we understand your frustration, we stand by the professionalism and training of our team. Do not twist the reality of the situation We told the installation team that we did not have the blueprints to the septic system and drain lines, which they then stated that it was okay that we did not, and you all decided to begin the dig. (That call was recorded on your end) We also told the installation crew that again upon their arrival. Our mini refund switching from an in ground pool, to an above ground pool (that I did not want) left me with a tacky looking white box in my back yard that I now have to pay $30k to build decking around to make look presentable. Negligence and poor communication is absolutely the reflection of your company.Review fromGerry G
