    We put our pool in two season ago. We’ve been thru one winter and are getting ready to close it for next winter. We LOVE IT!! It’s like having our own lazy river the way we have the return jet positioned. It’s easy to clean and maintain, especially now that we have it all landscaped. Kayak was easy to work with and have provided excellent support.

    We purchased our Kayak Pool this year and have been enjoying it so far. Communication and response time from all internal representatives was prompt. My only 'issue' is with the information they pass out. This comes in various emails from various individuals. It was certainly be more helpful to have 1 email, or even reference booklet, to know all of the information in one place. Even better would be to have all of the details on the online dashboard.
    1 thing to keep in mine is your cost saving measures.
    If you do any excavation yourself, make sure you are able to keep this as dry as possible. The excavation delayed our install a few weeks. We were told 'well, this is what happens when you excavate yourself'.
    Backfill - the dimensions they tell you to dig, GO BIGGER. Nobody wants to slide into a teeny area with plywood to install. It would also be nicer to have various videos showing the best and most effective way to install the plywood.
    I also think it would be helpful to have a Kayak rep come into your property beforehand to discuss location, concerns, excavating, etc. This would likely alleviate some issues.

    We purchased a Kayak swimming pool in the fall of 1999. Our 1st. use of it was the spring yr. 2000. We've had annual pool parties for our kids & private pool parties for us adults. Our guest provide the food we provide cool relaxing water in our lovely pool. We have only had to replace the liner 3 times. Although we can only swim during late spring, all summer long, We enjoy the view spring, summer & fall in the state of Indiana. You see, it's an above Kayoy pool that allows us to sit up high & view our addition.
    25 years later, we still say, it's the BEST investment we have ever made. Terri & Mike

    We love our Kayak pool. We began the process at the end of April and had our pool installed the first week of July.     We absolutely love our kayak pool. Its very little maintenance and water stays super clean. The process was a little stressful and I feel like the installation process could have been done better. We were left with a 4 foot hole with standing water for several weeks before the could come out and backfil. However, any issue we encountered they handled rather quickly and everyone we worked with was very kind and customer service was great. Overall I am very happy with the pool.
