    Everyone was extremely helpful and professional across the entire experience from ordering, to finance, to instal. Only problem I did have was being charged to butt the pool up against my existing deck by the sales department, which the installer said was impossible. Kayak has agreed to issue a refund for the extra charge though so just a small hiccup. Everything else has gone very well and the kids love thier new pool.

    Our experience with Kayak Pools Midwest was good from start to finish. We were kept informed throughout the process and any questions we had were promptly answered. The installer was local to us and showed up on time and completed the job in 1 day. Three guys started at 7:30 am and finished at 9 PM. They all knew what they were doing and was busy working the entire day. We are now enjoying the pool with family. Kayak Midwest even did multiple follow-up calls and emails following the install to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Overall a good experience.

    Awesome staff!! Great pool!! Installed quickly. Great quality.
    My kiddos are now exhausted for bedtime and at 11 yrs old..even a nap if they swim hard enough.

    We have had a wonderful experience with Kayak Midwest Pools! Everyone from Sheri, our sales representative to all of the wonderful people like Violet, Shawn Lee, Jessica, Verla, Steve, Tony and Miranda through the installation process have been incredible! Everyone was very helpful and friendly! If we had any questions or concerns they were addressed quickly. We highly recommend Kayak Pools! We have already had so much fun in our pool! We were able to start swimming in May 2025 because we used the solar cover to keep the pool water warm. The videos on how to open and close the pool were very helpful. We are looking forward to so many fun times with family and friends in our Kayak Pool!!

    We had our pool installed late fall last year.
    We did not have the opportunity to use it at that time. We got it opened up this June. It is as advertised, we are thrilled.
