    Truly loved the installer crew! They made us feel at ease with the process and even though there were a couple of issues that needed to be alleviated, (we're never given specific instructions on how to winterize a built-in pool, and a leak at one of the couplings that was caught and fixed before the back fill) we are now proud and confident pool owners!

    We love our kayak pool. The entire process from start to finish was smooth. The installation was completed with no problems. The supervisor responsible for the installation took time to explain how to maintain our pool. We are so happy we choose Kayak Pools.

    We absolutely love the pool. It's extremely low maintenance and no issues. It's so convenient just to walk outside and enjoy it in your own backyard. The only thing we would change is we wish we would have gone with the larger size. You don't realize how many people want to come over and use the pool until you have it.

    We had our Kayak pool installed in Summer of 2022. Overall, the entire process was fairly straightforward and easy. Install took place over 2 days by a crew of about 4-6 guys, with a bobcat and a few loads of sand. The crew was professional, and they built a very nice pool. There were a few hiccups, keeping this review from reaching 5 star status. 1. We were shipped someone else's pool kit. It was "close enough" i guess, so they decided to proceed. 2. Our railing kit was shipped white instead of black. 3. Our gate was missing. 4. we were missing our drain covers. **After a week or so of back and forth between kayak Midwest and the installer and us, we got everything sorted. we are very pleased with our pool. Price, quality, ease of use, etc are all pretty good. We would recommend Kayak Midwest to others.

    We purchased our pool July 2021. Pool was installed in April 2022. We did our research ahead of time and saw all the complaints online of the delays due to Covid. Our only issue with Kayak Midwest was not being more upfront with the installation delays due to Covid. But we already knew the pool wouldnt be installed in the timeframe Kayak gave us. However, since doing our research ahead of time, we knew the delays for installation. That being said, we are extremely happy and thankful for our Kayak Pool and we havent had any issues at all with Kayak Midwest. Would highly recommend a Kayak Pool to family and friends. Our ******* are more enjoyable because of our Kayak Pool.
