    We purchased our Kayak Midwest pool in September of 2022. I was as well were coming out of covid and we knew they were behind in installs. We requested the pool not be installed untill *** or June. As it got close to *** we contacted Kayak to inquire about install date. We were told probably end of June. The pool was actually installed mid July. Kayak ******** communication was fabulous. Install was amazing! We have loved ever minute of our pool. The underwater light did not work, and new one was sent immediately and was installed in a timely manner. A strap broke on our solar cover and an entire set of straps arrived within days. I would recommend Kayak Midwest to anyone looking for a low maintenance pool!

    Fantastic pool! My wife had the same pool growing up. It lasted almost 20 years and they only had to replace the liner occasionally. We are so happy with the purchase and the customer service is amazing.

    Kayak is a great company to deal with. We ordered our pool last July and it was installed in August. The installation was quick and efficient, and the pool is of the highest quality. We are looking forward to a full summer of use this year.
