  Our Kayak pool from Kayak Midwest was installed about a month ago, and so far we love our pool! My mother owns a Kayak pool (installed by Kayak Midwest) over 25 years ago and it is still going strong. We wanted to get the same kind of pool for many reasons, including being able to recess it into the ground, the ease of maintenance, and knowing from personal experience that these pools WILL last 25+ years! Working with Kayak Midwest was fairly easy and they came through for us on any hiccups we had along the way. Watching the one-day install process was amazing, and everyone I talked to could not believe a recessed pool only took one day to install. We went with the 12x20 pool with the standard 2ft wrap around, and then had it recessed 2ft into the ground. It looks fantastic and blends well with our existing patio area. I can't wait to spend the rest of this summer and so many more in the future making memories with my kids in our kayak pool, the same way I made memories in my mom's pool growing up. If you're on the fence about it, dive on in! The water is GREAT!

  We LOVE our Kayak pool. The finance team was incredible in helping make this happen for us, and the installation team was wonderful and worked quickly. I would have liked a little more information between finance and installation - there was a lot I had to figure out for myself, although the office team was responsive they were not proactive in helping with next steps. But overall we are thrilled with the pool and would highly recommend Kayak Midwest!

  We have had a positive experience with Kayak Pools Midwest. We ordered our pool in ********************************************** September of 2023. Everything went as planned with Kayak following through on what they had promised us. The installer did a really nice job and our pool looks perfect. We had previously owned two above ground pools over a 30+ year period and everything about our new pool is definitely an upgrade. We chose to have our new pool partially recessed so that it was level with our deck and it is a seamless transition. Having decking all the way around the pool makes it so easy to take care of and the two bottom drains really do help to keep the pool clean. We are very happy with our purchase and our 10 grandkids are maybe the biggest fans of it all.

  We have had our pool for over a year and are into our second swimming season. We absolutely love our Kayak pool and have never once had any problems. The entire process of choosing the pool (we have a 12x24 foot pool), the install and service following has been wonderful. This is our second Kayak pool and we would highly recommend the company to anyone who might be looking to have a pool installed.

  We live in the old historic Silk Stocking neighborhood of ******; so our home is very old and our backyard is very small, including a shared driveway, which made our desire for an in-ground pool seem nearly impossible. However, we found Kayak Midwest and they made an in-ground pool our reality, even despite the countless unimaginable obstacles. This is our first swim season since having our pool installed. I have never owned a pool or cared for a pool, but after the initial panic of what goes into caring for a pool, it is amazingly easy maintenance. The pump and filter system is so powerful and easy to care for, our pool is always ******* clear and ready for a swim. I take comfort in also knowing that these pools last forever (check out Kayak pool owner groups on social media), but in the event it no longer fits our lifestyle, the pool can be easily disassembled and sold to another family to install, recouping some of the original investment. We are now in the process of hardscaping around it, as well as landscaping and dips in between are so refreshing. We absolutely LOVE our in-ground Kayak pool and all the memories we are creating in it!

  Kayak forgot a couple of items and we didnt known it until the team was installing our pool. Thankfully the install crew alerted us or we wouldn't have known. Kayak sent ** the missing items and thankfully they weren't needed for the install. So far the pool is less maintenance than anticipated, but we were only able to enjoy it for a month before we had to close it for the season.
