    I am rejecting this response because:I am demanding any and all of my personal information obtained from that phone call not be used in any client communication for any services. The phone call was recorded and has been emailed to me by my company. Privacy laws were violated and caller did not state purpose of call or provide what company they were calling from despite multiple times being asked before call was transferred. Two callers from my company refused to provide this information to Verifacts stating privacy laws and any attempt to identify the caller was refused. I will be pursuing legal action if any client that uses Verifacts or Verifacts themselves communicate any of my personal information that was illegally obtained. The response is rejected because not only do I not want any further communication from this company, but any communication obtained by the call I already received was illegally obtained and shall not be used with any client of Verifacts or Verifacts use.

    Contacted at my place of employment without justification. ****** didn't provide any information as to who they were or what they wanted and why. Asked me for my personal information, name, address and if Im still employed. THey do not have my permission to contact me or use my information in any manner.

    A representative for verifacts contacted my former place of employment without my permission or consent to do so. They said they were seeking to confirm that I was employed there and date of birth. Verifacts is not authorized to share my personal information nor are they authorized to share my place of employment without my permission which they do not have. I want verifacts to remove me from their database immediately and never contact me or my employers again.

    This company reached out to my employer for verification without my authorization. I called and they stated they are gathering information for other companies. This is an embarrassment and my reputation with my employer. I want this to stop. I never authorized any of my personal information to be released.

    This company called my employer and demanded to speak to me. The employee who connected me said she already told them it was against policy to give out private information and they should contact HR. The person was incredibly pushy and threatening. When I got on the phone they refused to give me info as to why they were calling or what it was regarding until I verified my DOB and company position. Once I did they did not give me the information and disconnected the call. Highly illegal tactics and demand this company remove my name and employer from their database.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I am demanding any and all of my personal information obtained from that phone call not be used in any client communication for any services.     I will be pursuing legal action if any client that uses Verifacts or Verifacts  themselves communicate any of my personal information that was illegally obtained.

    My employer received a call to verify my employment. I do not know this company or have a authorized them to call my employer. I request they stop calling my employer as well as not use the information here as an answer to there question. What is stopping them from seeing this complaint and using the information here. Seems like they win either way and a consumer as no protection.
