I am filing a formal complaint against VeriFacts, Inc. for their unauthorized access and use of my personal information, including an improper credit inquiry. At no time did I provide consent for VeriFacts, Inc. to obtain, retain, or utilize my credit report or any other confidential information. Their actions were not only unauthorized but also an invasion of my privacy.I demand that VeriFacts, Inc.:1.Cease and desist all communication with me, my employer, and any third parties regarding this matter.2.Immediately delete and destroy any and all personal, financial, or confidential information they have obtained about me.3.Provide written confirmation that they have fully complied with these demands.If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will explore all available legal remedies and report their conduct to the appropriate regulatory authorities. They have been calling a job I just started and asking if I work there. When asked to give information on who they are, they refuse to give the job any information. Who are these people? This company, Verifacts LLC, keeps checking my credit, without my consent. I have tried calling to see the intent behind it but no answer, after being forwarded to VM.
