I do not work there and i do not know who this company is. My old employer did say they will speak to a lawyer because people are calling on my behalf for a job that i havent worked in over a year.

9/27/23 Verifacts called me at work today and wanted to confirm personal information over the phone. When I asked again who she was and who was requesting my information she told me she was from Verifacts and she was verifying employment information but refused to provide me with the name and contact information of the company requesting my information. I would not provide any additional information without knowing who was requesting my identifying information. I strongly feel that my privacy is being invaded, especially while I'm at work. On September 19 2023 verifacts called my place of employment twice asking personal information about me. The first time I answered the second a coworker and they asked personal information and was rude to my coworker.
