Our office has not been able to reach the consumer by phone. System notes indicate that proper initial communication was sent to the consumer and that there is no record of any mail return. We show no record of receiving any correspondence from the consumer. System notes also indicate that the creditor records still show that balance as due. Why is CAINE & WEINER asking for me to provide them with information of an account that I do not know anything about. This makes no sense and it violates my rights. I requested for them to provide me information. And repeatedly over and over I never received anything. CAINE & WEINER did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.
