    Zero stars. Wish I looked here first. Two months to get poor quality sandals and they are not responding to my request to return.

    This Chinese company is operating under a name so similar to a reputable company (OrthoFeet is the reputable company). Their goal is to confuse the customer, which you can tell from all the reviews on various sites, they have succeeded in. You can't find them online by Orthofit.com, which is by design - you have to hunt to find their website. The shoes/boots they sell are cheaply made and small in size. Returns are IMPOSSIBLE. When you finally get a return form (if you do), you will need to return the shoes to China, paying all costs for shipping. They discourage you from shipping, informing you that customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. They state in their return policy that "shoes that have been tried on are not eligible for a return". They allow you 30 days to return the shoes, but they string you along for weeks before you get a return form - so there is no chance the shoes would make it to China in time to be eligible for a return. Of course, none of this is disclosed before you purchase the shoes/boots. They have covered every base to ensure that you can't return the shoes for a refund. I am very surprised that ****** or the legitimate shoe company, whose name they are riding on, hasn't had these scammers shut down. BEWARE!

    Terrible cheap shoes, not like orthofeet shoes. Don't make the mistake I did by ordering from them.

    BUYER BEWARE! I ordered 2 pair of sneakers from OrthoFit on December 2 as a gift for December 20, but they did not arrive until December 30. Upon arrival, I tried them on while wearing clean socks as I would in a traditional brick and mortar shoe store. They were not comfortable where the arch hits and the toe box was collapsed placing pressure on my toes. Upon requesting the "hassle free return and refund" as stated on their website, I received a reply stating that they will not accept shoes that have been worn due to strict hygiene reasons. Of course they also inquired as to how I kne they were not comfortable. As photos were requested, I took a picture of on shoe on the left foot and the orther color on the right. I responded that I followed all appropriate protocols for trying on shoes, which their website does not forbid. They offered a $10 in store credit. I declined and they offered a 15% partial refund in addition to the $10 in store credit. I again declined and am still awaiting full satisfaction with regard to their "hassle free return policy". Ater leaving this review, I plan to contact my credit card company and file a complaint. BUYER BEWARE!

    I ordered boots on December 2 2024, requested cancellation of this order on December 3, 2024.
    I contacted customer service many times just to be told it could not be done. The boots arrived January 2, 2025 there was plenty of time to cancel and refund my money. The boots were too small. I am not satisfied with this transaction
    The return address is a private residence in Grapevine Texas.

    My story is pretty much the same as the others. I ordered shoes - and then changed my mind a day later when I realized it was not OtrhoFeet - but OrthoFit (my own mistake). I contacted the company immediately and was told they would talk to shipping ASAP and get right back to me - 2 days went by and I sent a follow up message - was told that the shipping dept was extremely busy and they’d follow up again. Again, nothing from the company after 2 days and I emailed again. At that point it took them 2 more days to get back to me and I was told that they could not cancel because it was too late and the order had shipped. There was a tracking email - but when I went to check the tracking info it didn’t give much of an update. I kept checking the tracking and nothing was updating.

    I contacted the company again and this time my emails have gone unanswered. I disputed the transactions with Amex and they’ve temporarily removed them. The company has until February to get back to Amex or they’ll close it.

    The shoes finally arrived and they are crap. They don’t look like the picture - offer zero support.

    Stay far far away from this company.

    Complete scam company. Customer service is laughable. Ordered shoes 12/3/24. Was charged immediately but as of 12/28/24 order still being processed. My first mistake was confusing this company, Orthofit, with a reputable company, Orthofeet, from whom I’ve ordered many pairs of shoes. DO NOT ORDER FROM ORTHOFIT, you will regret it.

    They did the same to me. I bought two pairs and they won't refund them. They are cheap pieces of crap. They play games with you and then finally offer you $18 for your trouble. They copy the name of Orthofeet which is a legitimate shoe store. These are cheap Chinese scammers and I should have known when it said they were being shipped from China. They showed up in a white plastic bag! Buyer beware! If you buy these after reading these reviews, you did it to yourself.

    THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE COMPANY EVER!!! The consider your trying on the shoe as "worn" and will not refund you your money for the return. They are scammers!! DO NOT BUY THEIR SHOWS, they are clunky and fit awful!! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would.

    Scam Scam. I paid $59.95. They are saying I will receive a 30% ($17.98) refund after going back and forth with emails fighting just to get 30% refund. Hopefully they will follow through with the credit to my card. I opened the package of shoes and it stunk and I didn't even try them on and they said we can't give you a refund because you tried them on. I told them I never tried them on because they looked like a piece of rubber with a sock on it. Cheap and unstable. I have foot issues and knew these shoes were a hazard for me. Orthofit said I could ship them to China for $30 because it has to have a tracking number. The shoes came from NJ address. Then on my credit card they charged a extra .60 cents without my permission when shipping these shoes. These shoes probably cost $10 to make they were so cheap and unstable. I can't believe this place is even still in business. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company but they said because I received the product it's between Orthofit and myself. They were no help at all. Buyer beware. Then on return policy it stated it was at there discretion if you would receive a refund if you returned them so that's why I didn't return them and opted for the 30% refund. I learned a major lesson. Biggest mistake ever with this company. Fraud fraud. I feel bad for people who are looking for pain relief shoes and are poor and spend their hard earned money on this junk. Breaks my heart. How do these people sleep at night knowing they are dishonest people.
