    Scam alert: Offered me $7.69 / 10% of what I paid to not return the shoes.
    To return the items will cost me more in time and fees than they are worth. They don't have a return address in US only China so you are responsible for all the postage and customs duty fees
    The product advertised in no way meets the standards listed. What I received are socks with bottoms manufactured with mesh and plastic. The shoe is no more than a bootie on a sole and the sandal is a beach/pool shoe.

    Shoes are cheap and are too small. The inserts are very large and hard. Orthofit website say they issue refunds but they will not issue a return authorization so i can return the shoes They won’t respond to any of my emails. If i could give them zero starts that is what they would have gotten.

    Zero stars!! Fake company selling Fake shoes with Fake reviews on their website!!! Needs to be shutdown!!! You will NOT get a refund as their site says because it will cost 10 times more to send the Fake shoes back to China where they NEVER tell you that's where they came from!!!

    This company deserves nothing more than zero stars. They tout complete customer satisfaction and yet they do not listen to the customer nor do they have any intent to satisfy the customer. The shoes are shipped in plastic bags with no box and they claim that for health issues, shoes cannot be returned if they have been tried on. How does one know if they fit without trying on? This company is nothing more than a scam and should have their business license revoked immediately!

    Complete Scam! Run and dont look back!
    1) the shoes are very cheaply made and have no support, 2) You can't return them unless you want to pay for international shipping, handling fees, and custom fees back to China!!! 3) they try to offer you a $5 coupon for future purchase with the return of the shoes.
    Complete Scam.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
    CHEAP KNOCK OFF SHOES.
    YOU DON'T FIND OUT UNTIL LATER THAT THEY ARE SHIPPED FROM CHINA AND HAVE TO BE RETURNED TO CHINA!! THE COST TO RETURN IS MORE THAN THE COST OF THE SHOES!
    THEY KNOW THAT AND THEN KEEP ALL OF YOUR MONEY!!!

    I would not use this site/company for any purchases. Items are cheaply made not good quality, sizing, incorrect, and they’re refund policy makes it impossible to return for a refund.

    Horrible shoes. Such a scam. They are plastic and knit, such bad quality.Not even 10.00 shoes and yet they were 60.00!! I wish I would have known better since I can't afford to live this much money

    I wish I would have done more research about this company. I have neuropathy issues and googled shoes that would be helpful. On their website, they make it look like a legitimate company that specializes in orthopedic shoes. After I placed the order and started tracking delivery, I realized the company is based in China. it took 2 weeks to get the sandals and when I opened the plastic wrapping, they did not look at all like the photo. They are not cushioned and are very cheaply made. When I contacted them about a refund, they told me it would be best to get a 10% discount rather than return. The cost of shipping would be more than the cost of the shoes. Do not purchase from this company.
