    They are a total scam. Should have read reviews first! Good looking shoe but no support n didn't fit. They are riding on the coat tails of a great company Orthofeet n I stupidly was confused.

    Horrible experience. Don't deserve one star

    Purchased black pair they ended up to big tried to return for different size think they over seas don’t give address for returns offered me $18 credit I paid $60 shoes are cheap insoles are paper thin not worth money don’t buy from this company you will be unhappy they leave u no option but to take credit sad never buy from orthotic again should have research better

    My experience with the store was the same as many others who have already posted. I ordered a pair of sandals, however they were of poor quality and definitely too wide with no arch support. I tried one of the shoes on when I received them to determine whether they would fit, and immediately determined the product was not what I thought I had ordered. When I contacted the company to request a refund and a mailing address to return the item, they replied that since the product had been "worn", they could not provide a refund, but would offer 10% off on another product.

    Based on the content of the emails I received from my refund request, this company appears to be a scam. Don't buy from them!

    I ordered a pair of shoes the recommended size according to their site that should fit 8 - 8.5. They were much too big. They are cheaply made and have little support from just looking at them. I tried one shoe on briefly. I tried to initiate a return. Because they had been "worn" all they offered was a $10 store credit. For what, another pair of shoes I can't wear!!! So much for hassle free returns and satisfaction guaranteed. Can you even imagine going in to a store and buying a pair of shoes without being allowed to try them on? If you decide to buy from this company make very very sure what you ordered to going to fit and you are going to like it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

    Absolute scam! Ordered boots in size 8, when received they were maybe a size 6, couldn’t get them on my foot. Asked for a return shipping label. Tyler Adams told me it would cost me $20 to ship them back I should just donate them to goodwill and be done with it.
    Next email he said he’d return only 10%. When I refused he kept sending more emails that were ridiculous. I started to think I was being scammed and looked up Orthofit here on BBB and found out I was scammed. I submitted a refund request from my credit card telling them I was scammed.
    Beware of this company.

    I spent over $159 for $10 dollar shoes.. DO NOT buy from this place .. Very deceiving as shoes are far from being orthopedic… Could have bought same shoes from Temu for 6.99 .. This company is ripping people off.. BUYER BEWARE

    I’ve written 8 or 9 emails trying to return my order. It arrived and was nothing like the picture had shown. He keeps trying to get me to keep my order and says he will give me 20% discount on next order. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

    Ordered a pair of shoes and they ended up being too small. I messaged them several times both on their website and email. They never responded! They do not share any information as to where to send the refund let alone how. I strongly advise everyone to NOT PURCHASE FROM ORTHOFIT!

    Took 4 weeks to arrive. Charged my card 5 minutes after ordered.
    Not as promised. Cheaply made, no support, inserts dont fit in the shoe properly.Definitely not as advertised.
    Difficult to return. Threw them out and took the loss.
