    Our problem started because we bought a GE refrigerator. We have had problem after problem with the refrigerator just not working and have had the replaced two times. The third unit started leaking and got water underneath our refrigerator. We file a claim with REMOVEDbecause the flooring was damaged and mold had developed they sent us to Sedgwick as the one who handles their claims.The process at first they seem very caring and concerned, but once we filed a claim, we have not heard back from them. This has been a couple months now, and they said they would touch base every couple weeks.I called the numbers they gave me to call, and each one goes straight to voicemail. Each one is the same. You reached the voicemail for this person leave a voicemail with your claim number and your phone number. We will get back to you in the next business day. I have probably left 5-10 voicemails over the last month. Each one says if you cant get a hold of me call this person. Each person you call it goes straight to voicemail. They aren't getting back to me. My wife is having health concerns because of mold. This is the worst experience ever had with any company in my life.

    Subject: Formal Complaint Against Sedgwick REMOVEDMishandling of REMOVEDProduct Liability ClaimTo Whom It May Concern,I am submitting this complaint regarding Sedgwick REMOVEDServices and their handling of a product liability claim filed on behalf of REMOVEDThe claim in question (Sedgwick Claim #4A2510GHZ98-0001) pertains to a catastrophic loss caused by the Aqueon Vacation Feeders 7 Day 1 Pack, purchased through Amazon under Order #REMOVED-4756700-2981014.On October 17, 2025, Sedgwick acknowledged receipt of my claim and stated that they had contacted the product manufacturer, REMOVED(Aqueon), and would follow up within 10 days. However, after receiving no updates, I personally contacted REMOVEDat REMOVED. She informed me directly, over the phone, that Sedgwick had never contacted them regarding my claim. This contradicts Sedgwicks written communication and indicates a serious failure in their claims process.The product in question led to the complete collapse of a professionally maintained 75-gallon aquarium, resulting in the loss of livestock, a mature aquascape, and a multi-year breeding lineage. The damages are both financial and emotional, with direct losses estimated in the thousands of dollars. I have submitted documentation to Sedgwick, including proof of purchase and a detailed damage report, but have received no meaningful response or resolution.Sedgwicks failure to follow through on their stated actions, combined with their lack of transparency and responsiveness, has left me with no choice but to escalate this matter. I am requesting a formal investigation into their conduct and a resolution that reflects the severity of the loss and the mishandling of the claim.Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on next steps. I am prepared to provide further documentation and testimony as needed.

    This business is extremely unprofessional, they are designed just to make you go away. you have to consistently call and bother them just to complete a claim. 1st they consistently avoided my calls even after multiple voicemails, call back requests, and emails. eventually they finally contacted me after 5 months stating that the adjust assigned quit and is no longer with the company. So they closed my claim no explanation. then filed another one to get them to do their job which seems to be difficult apparently. then I called today again after 4 months they stated the same excuse as last time that the adjuster was no longer with the company and was sent a call back request. Seems like they dont want to solve anything and are simply designed to make you go away even though they are at fault. REMOVEDi wonder if he still works here. I'll also file a complaint with REMOVEDas well. dont deal with this people if you see this company on an insurance of someone that hit you just go talk to a lawyer and say your hurt.

    I worked for REMOVEDand was injured on June 26, 2025. I was required by REMOVEDto go to a an REMOVEDselected emergency clinic and I had an ankle sprain. I required follow up visits, miss employment and numerous PT appointments. Sedgwick claims they initially sent me a check, I never received it and reached out. Reaching out could take days to respond and eventually weeks to months. I was then told the money was direct deposited and when I asked which account, they claimed the one *I* put in. I never put in any account I didnt even know I could do that. I asked which account they put the money in, they couldnt even give me THAT information! I told the to reverse the funds, they claimed they couldnt. Always excuses, always. I was then told it was escalated to a fraud department and months went by with no response or resolution. I requested calls, they didnt do that. I asked a number for MYSELF to reach out too, conveniently no REMOVEDis now November and I have still yet to get payment. I reached out telling them I would seek an attorney and suddenly they will no longer speak to me and they wont pay me again as it would be double payments. So what happened to this fraud department? Hard for it to be a double payment when I never received anything to begin with? This company legally REMOVEDme funds. They will do anything to refuse payment. They are soulless, heartless and useless people. I was told I would have been better off working through the injury as Sedgwick doesnt pay out to workers.

    The company will not answer the phone, refuses to return calls, and denies legitimate claims. What a nightmare. Now I have to higher an attorney. When I win this will now cost them my attorney fees on top of a single doctor visit. This company is a joke. Just pay the REMOVEDcomp. claim and be done. We are headed before the state REMOVEDcomp. board otherwise.

    I was treated unfairly by the employee REMOVEDand manager REMOVED. They denied my claim and wouldnt explain the reasoning behind it then they both hanged up on me.

    I was on a leave of absence. My leave administrator is Sedgwick. They have lied, falsified information and have refused to pay me while on leave without valid explanation. I spoke with a manager because my vase manager REMOVEDa very rude condescending individual continually lied and stated she could not see my documents that i uploaded via fax and email. I spoke to her supervisor and an advocacy care specialist who pulled up the documents without hesitation. I suffer from depression and anxiety. I have been in therapy but cannot continue any sessions because my health insurance has lapsed. My children do not have health insurance, I have no money I can barely eat and all of my bills have fallen delinquent. I am entitled to my pay. I filed an appeal my case manager stated that I would receive pay for a certain period of time.

    I am filing this complaint due to ongoing harassment and mishandling of my short-term disability claim. Despite submitting full medical documentation, Sedgwick has repeatedly attempted to deny my claim without valid justification. My doctors have clearly stated that I am medically incapacitated following surgery and unable to perform any of my work duties for three months. I cannot drive, stand, bend, or walk without pain, and my prescribed medications impair my ability to work safely.Sedgwick representatives have disregarded my physicians recommendations, contradicting medical facts and delaying my benefits. Communication has been consistently unprofessionalcalls are missed, messages are not left, and documentation is lost even when proof of submission exists. My doctors have expressed frustration with Sedgwicks repetitive and unnecessary requests for duplicate paperwork.I believe there may be bias and possible coordination between Sedgwick and my employer, given existing workplace discrepancies and my protected right to take medical leave. As a Black professional woman, I am deeply concerned that my health concerns are not being taken seriously and that I am being treated unfairly.Sedgwicks handling of my case has caused unnecessary hardship and emotional distress. I will not allow my health or rights to be dismissed. If this pattern of negligence continues, I will pursue all legal remedies available to ensure that my claim is handled justly and without bias.This process has caused significant emotional distress and hindered my recovery. I am requesting an immediate review of my claim by a senior manager and assurance that this matter will be handled with integrity. If this continues, I will be forced to explore legal options to protect my rights.

    Brightspeed had damaged my property and after numerous lies they finally called me and sent me to a company named Sedgewick and gave me their contact information and case number. I contacted them and they gave me a website to go to and check the status of my case. The website contains REMOVEDmalware DO NO USE THIS COMPANY! Brightspeed was behind all of this and I'm thinking about filing a complaint with the REMOVED

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I received a letter from Sedgwick stating that I must mitigate the damages by making a claim to MY insurance company. This is outlandish and ridiculous! Why would I file a claim with my insurance company? having to pay a deductible and then my insurance will probably go up all due to Brightspeed damaging my property and Sedgwick failing to pay for the damages. This is bordering on criminal.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They sent me a letter telling me to file a claim with my insurance company when it was THEIR client who damaged my property. They are liable not me so their request for me to 'mitigate' my damages by filing a claim with my insurance is ridiculous and not even a serious consideration. If they don't want to answer here, they can answer in court and to the government agencies I have contacted.
