    Im a 100 % disabled REMOVEDveteran, and Ive never been treated with such disregard by two corporations that claim to care about their customers.A K&F Concept tripod sold through REMOVEDcatastrophically failed under normal indoor use and destroyed more than $5,000 USD of my professional photography gear including a Canon R5 REMOVEDII, Canon 100 mm Macro L lens, and Godox ring flash.All of that equipment was brand-new, less than two months REMOVEDassigned Sedgwick REMOVEDto handle my case.For months I provided every piece of documentation they requested purchase receipts, repair estimates, photos, and serial numbers.Instead of help, I got silence, delays, and finally a denial with no explanation.Not once did anyone take accountability.Ive now had to pay over $5,000 out of pocket to repair what a defective product sold on Amazon destroyed.Because of the stress and financial loss, my service-connected PTSD and chronic pain have worsened.Ive needed extra doctor visits and medication that the VA is now reviewing for reimbursement.That means Amazons negligence has affected federal medical costs not just me personally.Both the REMOVEDand the REMOVEDhave been notified of Amazon and Sedgwicks bad-faith handling.Ive cited legal precedents such as REMOVEDv. Amazon (2020) and State Farm v. REMOVED(2019), which confirm Amazon can be held liable for defective third-party products.If this is how veterans and disabled customers are treated, the public needs to know.I have screenshots, call logs, and every email saved proving how poorly this was REMOVEDand Sedgwicks actions have cost me clients, income, and peace of REMOVEDone should have to fight this hard to be treated fairly after a companys product fails and destroys their livelihood.     Have been completely ignored, feel like its a tactic to get us to go away. Over 2 months ago we paid Best buy to for an oven and microwave combo included its installation. Not only did they not notice the defect in the oven before install (microwave was broken inside) They ruined my brand new kitchen cabinet. We were told to process through sedgwick but so far we've just had 3 agent changes. All phone numbers go straight to voicemail. I did not get a refund for my damaged cabinets and they won't even answer the phone calls. Left us without an oven for 2 months and counting, with no path forward on rectifying. It is disgraceful that a company the size of best buy operates this way.

    This insurance company did not help me with my claim and they are giving me the run around I got hurt by a REMOVEDpain relieving patch receiving first and second degree REMOVEDand they never reached out to me until I ended up calling REMOVED.and REMOVEDhaven't even help me at all!! I will never do business with REMOVEDever again because the way they treated me I will never do business with them ever again and they gave me the runaround talking about their insurance company which is REMOVED's have my claim and REMOVED's telling me that is the manufacturers problem

    The only reason I gave them a star is because their is no option to not leave anything. This third party company is a nightmare.I work at REMOVEDand they use Sedgwick, I had to have an emergency triple fusion on the back of my neck following spinal cord compressions caused by heavy lifting.Sedgwick would frequently ask me to gather facts concerning my LOA involving my paying out of pocket for forms they needed. I don't qualify for disability benefits as I haven't been on the job long enough occasionally I would get a knowledgeable representative willing to help. But mostly all I received was harassment from them.I had three levels of my spine surgically treated on March 7th 2023, and after 10 run around over the phone I was told my leave ended March 7th 2023, I was on an operating table having surgery that day. My surgeon scheduled another surgery for April 18th, for another spine surgery which they received all documentation and an extension request until May 31st by the surgeon, not me. Today through the me@walmart app, I discover I am scheduled to work April8th, 9th, and 10th. My Doctor hasn't released me to work, and calling Sedgwick was horrible. It's starting to appear as though much dishonesty surrounds this business. Good businesses never should use this company it leads to law suits. They don't know what their doing

    I was in a car accident while delivering packages for Amazon Flex. They transferred my claim to Sedgwick. That's been 7 months ago. I was diagnosed with chronic back pain and nothing still hasn't been done about it. . This is outrageous
