      Leaving this review here too since they were the ones that came out under the ************************ brand. They used to be great but something changed. I just had an AC repair scheduled which was a nightmare in itself with cancelled appointments that I had no idea were cancelled till after a no-call-no-show.The second (or third, I cant remember) scheduling did come to diagnose the issue. They informed us their previous technician from the previous Fall had left the flue pipe disconnected which was venting carbon monoxide into our crawl space and if it wasn't for our second unit sucking in the air around it and venting that we would probably be dead. Not hyperbole, the quote from the tech was "Im surprised you're still alive".Next that tech told us the blower motor was burned out and that due to the age of the unit we should replace it. During the process of getting competitive quotes for a replacement another HVAC tech said the blower was fine and it was just missing a s**** mounting it securely to the ******* going through the process of getting refunded. I don't feel great having spent over $1000 in the fall for repairs that apparently could have killed ***** not use them.

      No Communication. I called a claim in. Sewer line back up. They had a plumber come out. Service the line. Only to find out it collapsed. Plumber sent the report to the service. No one called me back. I called several times. Was informed that my claim was closed and fixed. I informed them, it was not. Called the plumber. He recommended that someone come out with a camera to scope the line. To see where the brake is. Service declined it. Once again. No one told me. I paid out of pocket for the camera to be used. Plumber called the service. Stating camera was done. Collapsed pipe. needs repaired. My warranty covers all costs for the repair. Had this service plan for years. First time i have ever used it. Called the service back to see the update on the claim. I was informed that someone cancelled my service plan. That they would look and see what plans they have for me to apply for. Also note that i cannot file a claim for 30 days. I have already been dealing for 3 weeks. Raw sewage is no Picnic.

      Pivotal Home Solution AKA On course Home Solutions was over at my house as part coverage i have on the furnace. I called Sunday upon returning from a travel and realized house is not heating up. Upon calling customer service, earliest they could get someone to come was Monday. Technician came out Monday and told us, issues is with furnace is very expensive to fix and refused to fix it. With no heat at home and toddler at home, we had no choice but to call other professional to come out and fix it. The following day, we had one professional fix the issue with replacement and labor costing less than $300. I strongly feel this should have been fixed under the warranty given it is not an expensive repair as i was told by Oncourse technician.

      I would give the Pivotal Home Solutions a ZERO. I was bill at the beginning for Outside *************** Water Line Protection for $12.90 for 12 month. After the end of 12 months it was increase to $29.99 (double). When I call to ask about the increase I spoken to ******, which offer the service for $ *****, but I needed to give her a debit or credit card or checking account at that time. I inform her I had neither. She offer the renew charge as $15 for the same service. I say What $15. She stated yes, but she needed the payment then. I repeated I have only cash. I question how can the cost for the same service be $29.99 to $15. I asked to cancel the service, something is not right with this company. She put me on hold for about 12 minutes. She stated I have to pay the current bill of $29.99. I told I was not paying that amount, I would pay the $15 what she offer me, but I need a Final bill send to me. She hung up on me. I called back, request her but ** informed me he had no extensions, I asked him if my account was cancelled? He stated after gathering my information that account was cancelled. My question is how can I be billed for $29.99 then ****** was able to offer me $15 for the same service? When I spoke to ** he did answer me. This company need to be investigated. If, you call to ask a question youre on hold a very long time, but it you select the cancel service the hold time is about 4 to 5 seconds. I can not believe this a ready company.

      ************ is a rip-off. They quoted one price and once you get your bill it will be higher price and add on pricing.I signed up for heating n cooling at $***** for a years 12 months starting 8-28-24. 1. *****. 9-16-24 2. ***** 10-15-24 3 *****. 11-12-24 4. *****. 12-12-24 5. *****. 1-13-25 6. *****. 2-14-25 Totalling ****** and I should have paid $125.80 ************ will argue the agreement they quoted also you will never talk with anyone to solve your problem of being overcharged. They will send you from one person to another to frustrated you. I was overcharged $199.53 they will never recognize any wrong doing or mistakes on their part.Pivotal Home Solutions is one of the worst company's ever for home protection of any kind. Totally disappointed Totally dissatisfied stay away they're Crooked.

      On Friday February 21,2025 I contacted Oncourse Home Solutions around 11:45pm/12:00am to notify them I had a water leak. They entered my claim information and told me I should get a call back within 4 to 24 hours. I said what am I supposed to do in the meantime time. They said I don’t know. Maybe shut the water off to your home. I said do you know the temperature out side? That is not an option. No response. I called the plumber in the morning, they said the couldn’t come out till Monday. Sorry that won’t work. Called Oncourse back gave me another plumbers name. They aren’t open on Saturday. Called again to see if I could self pay and be reimbursed. We will call you in 4 hours. No response. My water issue is getting worse. Called again. We are escalating your issue. Same plumber from Saturday called and said we can get you in on Monday. Not gonna work. Called back just get me approved for self pay. It is now Sunday February 23,2025 and they still have not resolved my water issue or given me approval for private pay. I pay them too much money to be treated like this. I am done with the disrespect, the lies, the laziness, the lack of fallow through. To take care of their customers.

      Not even one star If I can minus 5 starts No heat no answers for Ive five days and still counting **************** and communication is zero No call back no answers to questions No answer on if parts are ordered or how long it takes to get parts Have spoken to 6 people in 5 days and its 30 degrees in my house 1-11-25 In *******

      I recently moved into a new house. The come turn the gas off before I could switch it into my name because they said its been on for a long time but not in anyones name but Nipsco. Its winter right. They tell me I have to wait 6 whole days before somebody can come turn the gas back on and that they have holidays on Tuesday 12/31 and Wednesday 01/01 and they cant come out until Thursday. Nobody has a holiday on 12/31 they make up there own holidays while we sit in the cold. The temperature will be in the 30s and they expect people to wait for them in the freezing cold! This is unacceptable! I am writing the governor about this!

      Worst service ever! Pivotal was so much more efficient than this new company. They set appointments and never show them try to say they called but no answer and when I verify my number that has no phone numbers shown because no one ever called. If they want take your money on the plans they offer, they should just let people know that they are a scam company who lies to customers with a consistently. Stop lying and meet your appointment dates. People dont have time to waste while they dont arrive!!

      After having various warranty services through Pivotal Home Solutions, I cancelled my service last week with Oncourse. I had never had a problem until I filed a claim for a sewer cleanout 4 weeks ago. First company never showed up or called, second company came but did not do sewers, next company did washing machine drain only, and last company declined the job and did not advise me of this. During the last 3 weeks, I made numerous calls to Oncourse only to be told that they were looking for a provider for my claim and that I needed to give them ***** hours to do this. While there is not an option to speak to a supervisor, they offered me a 50% reduction on all of my services for my inconvenience. Asked them "Why would I take that offer if I can't even get service from them at full price?" Never received any updates from them and I was always the one inquiring what was going on. Last phone call I made to them I was told that the plumbing company was booked up and they didn't know when they could get someone out here. SERIOUSLY!!!! Cancelled my service and told them that I was not paying them another cent because they are unable to provide service to me. If they can't find providers for services that they offer, they should not offer these services. Since cancelling my services, I have received 4 emails from them stating that they are actively looking for a provider for my claim. I would not recommend Oncourse since they seem to not care if they take care of their customers or not. I am asking that you credit your last charge of $52.13 off of my last ************ bill since you are not able to fulfill my claim.
