      I am a warehouse manager for a shipping company and cannot get my issue resolved. I have emailed Quill multiple times and made calls to no avail. Years ago, Quill came, in person, to the business I manage to help set up a business account. We use a high quantity of ink and paper for our daily shipping needs so utilizing our account and the deals ********************** offers is very beneficial. We were at one point labeled as a "reseller" and our orders were stopped and our account disabled. This came with no warning whatsoever and caused delays in our production. After extensive emails and calls, this was finally resolved as they had no proof and their accusation was false. This was a frustrating experience and now I am having the a same issue again. Quill has labeled our account as a "reseller" and has removed the rewards option for our account. We spend a good amount of money monthly with our purchases and gift our team with the rewards we rightfully earn. I have been using Quill for years, but it is preposterous that this happened without any warning or company out reach, and I am considering to discontinue business with them. It has been about two months of emails that never get directly answered and no return calls to resolve this issue.

      This is the first time I have ever left a review or filed a complaint in my life, as dealing with Quill's customer service and business team has been the worst ordering experience I've dealt with. I ordered an Epson Home Cinema 3800 Theater Projector from Quill on February 17, 2024, Recap Number: ********* for $1,399.99. I received an email right after ordering that the order was being processed, However, after 7 days with no other updates I subsequently messaged Quill's customer service and called on February 25. The customer service team was no help at all, indicating only that this matter had been referred to *************** and they had no way of contacting them or providing any contact information for me to talk to them. I made them aware that this matter was becoming urgent, as our firm had client presentations coming up where a projector was needed and without our order, we would be in an impossible position. **************** again reiterated that they have no communication with the credit department, and offered no help.Eventually, the credit department emailed me on February 28, 2024, stating that "the information that has been provided for this order is unverifiable, therefore your order has been canceled." After emailing back that I would be happy to provide any information needed to verify the details of the order, Quill's credit team kept reiterating their position that the information was unverifiable without any explanation or response to any attempts to solve this issue. Any additional calls to Quill's customer service have again been met with no help, as they say they are unable to contact the credit department in their own company or provide any contact information to fix this issue.This delay has caused undue hardship with business, and the projector's price has now gone up $400 across the internet.

      QUILL KEEPS THREATENING ME WITH BILL COLLECTION. THIS BILL IS TO JOIN THEIR REWARDS PROGRAM. I HAVE CALLED TO COMPLAIN TWICE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS RESOLVED TWICE. I ALSO REQUESTED TO HAVE MY ACCT. DELETED THIS WAS NOT DONE EITHER. I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH QUILL ANYMORE. I HAVE TAKEN MY BUSINESS ESLEWHERE. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REWARDS PROGRAM. QUILL WON'T LISTEN. I HAVE ATTACHED THE THREAT.

      I received the file cabinet, put it together and the handle and screws are missing for the third draw, I sent an email directly to quill, received a response back: I have forwarded your request to our concern team and you will receive your missing parts within **** working day. I received this response on 11/6/2023. I never received the missing parts and did a follow up and was told I need to call the manufacturer. Quill gave me a non working number to call that states it is a non working number for Staples.

      I would like to make a complaint. This is happening lot with Quill with their Bill on Account system when I make a payment with the correct account number and routing number I would copy and paste the account number and routing number when I update my payment. When I go ahead make a payment, I would get an email saying processing and then next month I go back to the history of payments it would say Failed. I never get alerts that when payments have failed and not sure why the payments would fail and the correct bank account on file. I am having feeling Quill doing this on purpose to report late payments to Dun & Bradstreet credit reporting company. Confirmation Number ********* and ********* I will never use Qull.com anymore. I have emailed Quill many times to turn off bill on account feature they tell me they would, and they do not. For the trouble and headache, I feel that Quill should waive both invoices.       I ordered from quill.com on 11/27/23 and the item came next day. It did not work out for me so I immediately went online to submit a return request. Their website wont let me submit a return request and so when I tried to call, chat and email quill.com there is no response. Their customer service number just goes to a recording that says We are sorry we cant talk to you right now and then hangs up. I have an item I need to return but cant get ahold of the company.

      I received my order on November 28th around 6:55pm. I thought i had heard a noise out front, so i decided to check. When i opened my door i saw a broken "box" of paper (10 *****). I have tried over and over and over again to contact Quill but they do not accept calls. I tried calling the number on the packaging slip, albeit, the packaging slip did NOT belong to my order! I was on hold for 45 minutes before i finally hung up. I have written several emails addressed to a Customer Satisfaction Specialist (*********************************) and have not gotten a response.

      I have paid this company twice and sent proof of all payments, did a conference call with my bank online to confirm, and provided reference numbers and transaction numbers to complete their research and they still sent my account to collections. I used Quill to build my credit business profile; this has been the worst experience I ever had with lost payments. It's like they do not understand your concerns and continue to harass you with calls. Please do not use them. For the reviews, it seems like everyone is experiencing this same issue.

      We paid this company over $5000 over a period of year and a half. The driver started to leave packages outside of the building and people started stealing our things. I reported it at least 5 times to the company.not to leave a packages outside and to come inside at least leave them by by door inside so that I can see it on the camera and know that it was there and see when they were still in it or it was approved from the homeless shelter down the street the company acknowledged it said they were is from the driver to leave packages only on the inside they did not get clear enough message to the driver because he kept continuously doing the same thing I refused to pay the last three I believe 2 to 3 orders that we had because they were stolen I reported this to this company at least six times spoken with a representative would take care of it . However now they're sticking me with a $922 bill for something that I never received. we have not received this product it had been stolen. We had to pay for the other stuff that was taken but I had to put my foot down on the last one because we cannot continuously pay for thieves thank you please help us

      I am a new business owner that decided to utilize Quill.com to assist me with building my business credit as a new company. me with building my business credit. I purchased items from Quill.com and when it came time to make a payment I had them taking the funds out of my personal banking account until I was approved for my business bank account. I see that I was getting bills for items I thought I got had made payments on. They informed me that I was pass due and I stated that I wanted to take care of the issue right away. I begin to provide my banking information to the agent at Quill.com. I informed the agent that I have a checking and a savings account, and I would like to have the money taken out of savings. The agent stated that she cannot change the payment. She stated that I needed to transfer moneys from one account to another. I asked for a supervisor and was told that there was none that could assist me at the time and to transfer the money. I hung up and called back got another agent, I told her what had happened in the previous call, and she was able to cancel the payment and she took the payment from the account I requested. I get a call back from the supervisor and they empathized with the issue but never confirmed if the payment was taken correctly. I got off the phone thinking everything was ok and didn't think nothing of it. A week later I get a call from a collection agency stating that I owed $319.74 which is what was supposed to have been taken out when I had called the previous agent. The collection agent stated that there was an ach rejection on my account and that I could contact my bank to find out if you made the payment. I reach out to my credit union America First, and they research the issue, and it was discovered that the agent put in the routing number twice instead of the account and routing number causing my bank to charge me a ach fee and to continue to cause my credit to suffer.
