      I am a loyal customer of this business under account number *******. Quite some time ago, I informed the company to ship everything with another courier besides the sketchy delivery company Courier Express. As in the past, this company would always get lost, and always had issues with delivery from this business. Quite some time ago, I was assured that everything would be delivered by **** this option worked for a bit. Now most recently, Quill is again shipping items through Courier Express. I sent a message through on the "chat" function with the business. I was again reassured that notes will be made to utilize **** Again, now with my most recent order, Courier Express was utilized. Why?

      On 11/07/22, I placed an order (by invoice) for $110.86 to apply for a NET 30 account with Quill. I was approved so they sent a confirmation email and shipped my items the next day. I received my items in a timely manner. Today (11/11/22) I logged on to attempt to pay my balance on the invoice early and the order was COMPLETELY GONE from my order history. How am I suppose to pay my balance??? This is so inconvenient and unprofessional. After reading the other negative reviews I completely understand why no one wants to continue business with them. I really hope that they arent trying to s**** me over and report on my business credit as UNPAID when I LITERALLY CANT PAY IT!!! I want this fixed immediately. I do NOT plan on continuing my business with Quill at this time. To be sure this isnt going to negatively impact my business credit score next month, this needs to be corrected immediately. I am extremely disappointed by this because I was very excited about their website! Buyers beware!!I've emailed them vis their online contact form, I'm waiting on a response because it's currently outside of their business hours.

      I've been using this website for several months. They advertise that you will get next day and 12-day shipping and I have waited a week for items. They also advertise that you can use the coupon from the website to get things such as free gift and free shipping. Unfortunately, they do NOT honor any of those other than free shipping. If you try and get someone on the chat, they take forever to respond and close the chat if you don't respond after one minute. I have been charged twice for the same thing. Yes, they returned the funds but the customer service were no help at all and infact made it all the more difficult. I will be using some of my other net 30 accounts from now on.

      I notified Quill.com to not renew my membership and they will not honor my request. They were notified before the due date and continue to harass me and insist this be paid. Their lack of integrity has ruined all desire for me to ever do business with them again.
