    Electric Blanket purchased, December ********************************** the last month January 2024. I have reached out several times to your office only to recieve a voice message that the office is closed and no response on email. Please provide me a refund for my purchase. Thank you!

    I called Dec 12,2023 about the controllers overheated to my mattress pad. They said they would send me a new mattress pad and controllers ***** days . Well its been two months now, been calling customer service everyday and says closed after hours when it still with those hours. I bought my mattress pad Dec 2022. Im not happy at all theres a warranty on for couple years. I even emailed them . No reponse at all from them.

    I received a gift of a full size heated matress cover. The controller has a Preheat setting and is "stuck" on the Preheat setting. It cannot be ended and regular heat options used. I bought a mattress cover a few years ago with no problem. I've emailed the company 3 times and called at different times during the day 4 times. I finally mailed a letter 2 weeks ago and no response from the company. The gifted gave me the receipt.

    I purchased a Biddeford blanket from Kohls on 11/24/2023. Per the box, it states a 5 year limited warranty. I filled out a card and mailed it to the indicated address and never received any kind of confirmation. I tried to go to the website recently to activate the warranty there or see if the card I sent in was stored online, and the website listed (biddefordblankets.com) doesn't exist. I searched for them online, and found a new website (biddeford-blankets.com) but no place to access any warranty information. There was a "contact us" page that I attempted to use, but every time I tried to submit my message it gave me an error. The top also said you could contact them by email, but listed no email, and gave hours of operation, but listed no phone number. I found a phone number on the box, but it says the office is closed even though the hours on the website say it's open. My blanket no longer turns on after only 3 months, and I have no way of contacting this company or trying to use my warranty for a replacement.

    Their heated blankets have a five year warranty and all five of mine stopped working. When I plug in I get a burning smell. I have been calling for months no answer. Found email addressed but no response and one appears to no longer exist. It would be appreciated if they would live up to their warranty and replace a few of these. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

     I have two more blanket throws that do not work as well.  The cord keeps falling out of the input mechanism on the blanket and also one side of one of them does not heat.  My husband is a disabled veteran and we need our blankets have 7 non working blankets from this company.  

    I am attaching two additional photos to the blanket throws that I realized belonged to them as well.

    If they can exchange the one we have for working ones it would be appreciated.  I registered all of them each time we purchased them.

    Purchased a Biddeford Electric Heated Microplush Throw Blanket for $44.99 on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 on ****** website.Used the blanket twice and the remote/blanket was not working. I called the Customer Support number and provided them with the issue and the model/tracking number on the tag on the blanket. They informed me that this was under warranty and they would exchange the blanket once I sent it in. I have reference numbers from this phone call. I sent in the blanket as requested and did not receive a replacement sent. I have attempted to call the Customer Support number and states it is currently closed. Try other extensions and the voice mailbox is full.

    I bought a Biddeford blanket mainly because of the 5 year warranty. My blanket stopped working after one year. I tried calling Biddeford multiple times a day for multiple days, and the answering service says they are closed. I have also tried emailing with no response. Please help.

    I purchased a heated throw blanket on 10/23/23 and it stopped working during the last week of December 2023. I tried calling customer service several times but each time it stated offices were closed. I emailed their customer service on 1/8/24 and have not received a response besides the automated response that states calling customer service is faster. I have called at least 20 times since then, always during their business hours, each time the recording states their offices are closed. This blanket is supposed to have a 5yr warranty.
