    We purchased a Biddeford Electric Blanket from ******* 4-28-23 and it comes with a 5 year warranty. Several months ago, one of the controllers stopped working. We requested that the company replace the controller. No one answers the telephone. No one responds to the email. ******* said they cannot do anything about it.     I purchased a heated blanket and it no longer works. I have tried emailing the company for a solution and evening calling during there business hours and havent gotten a response.

    I purchased a Queen size heated blanket on 3/23/23, from ******** for $35, receipt attached. On 1/27/24 half of the blanket stopped working, I tried to troubleshoot with no avail, I then emailed the company on 1/30 from my work and 2/13 from a personal email, ********************* sent pic attached, I tried calling several times to CS. Their recording states they are closed, and open 10-6 EST, and I called after 10AM EST each time. I tried today at 12:35 and got the same. I tried choosing other options on the recording only to have the line disconnect. I truly believe the company is closed and hiding it.

    Purchased two electric heating blankets. The first controller stopped working last year and a replacement was sent that was not the same model. Used it this year and now this one is not working. Sent several unanswered emails. Tried calling during their business hours and the recording says they are closed. What is going on ?

    I purchased a heated queen ******* on 5/19/22 from ****** and it stopped working on 3-8-24 I tried calling customer service several times but each time it stated offices were closed. All my attempts have been during their office hours stated on the phone message. I have called at least 20 times, each time the recording states their offices are closed. This ******* is supposed to have a 5yr warranty. I'm trying to get it repaired or exchanged and have my receipt

    I bought the headed throw in 1/3/23 and about a year later it no longer works. Ive tried different outlets and no lights or anything pops up. This happened mid January and since then it no longer works.

    I purchased a Biddeford Quilted Heated Mattress Pad on October 22, 2023. The independent controls have 10 heating settings and they both have stopped working. I called Customer Support during business hours and received a recording to call back or send an email. I emailed the company on March 1st and March 4th. The automatic reply stated to contact the customer service department for faster and more personalized service.

    I purchased a Biddeford electric blanket model OTG in December 2022. The blanket came with a 5 year warranty. The blanket stopped working in late 2023. I sent an email to their customer service email and got an automatic reply to call their customer service number ***************). Every time I call (I've called more than 5 times over the last 3 months), the offices are closed and no one answers, even though I call within the stated operating hours. They won't reply to my emails or answer my phone calls, so I have no other way to contact them to start my warranty claim.

    I purchased a queen size Bidderford ************************** Blanket from *************** on December 13th, 2023. Order Number **************** I received the blanket December 16, 2023.It lasted until February 14th at which time it would no longer heat. Previous blanket, similar to (same brand) have lasted 3 to 4 years. I contacted *****'s and they informed me it was three days past their return policy. Since that time, I have tried contacting Bidderford, on their website, at least four different times. Each time when I have finished filling out the information, they informed me that there is no one available to help. I have been unsuccessful at finding a phone number to reach them. I am more than willing to return the defective blanket if they pay shipping costs.I would like a full refund since this blanket was obviously defective.Thank you for any assistance you may provide.

    Dec. 23 ***** Tried to call number email no answer I mailed registered warranty card. Tried for 3 weeks same message on phone call. Blanket will not heat any longer.
