    I purchased a Biddeford heated blanket from ******* on 3.4.2023. This item was used occasionally during the recent winter. The blanket recently stopped working. I believe a short or an overheating condition in the blanket has blown a fuse in the controller as the entire unit will not power up. I have the original proof of purchase and have submitted a claim against the 5 year warranty of this blanket.I can not get any response from Biddeford Blanket and the company website does not have a place to file a warranty card submit a warranty card or submit a claim online. The website "contact us" will not actually successfully let me submit a message. I sent an email to ************************************************* and got a response only directing me to call a phone number. Even though I have tried calling it multiple times during the reported "regular business hours" the recording states that the business is closed and to call **** during regular business hours.I would like to have the warranty actually fairly addressed and either the blanket replaced or my money returned.

    Purchased heated blanket Dec 2022. Product has 5 year warranty. Stopped working March 2024. Tried calling provided customer service number for warranty support. Recording says office closed and gives normal business hours ... call was placed during normal business hours. Recording suggests emailing. Tried emailing, and received auto reply to call customer service number (that no one answers.) Have called numerous times and emailed twice. No response.

    ******* quit working after approximately 10 minutes use. Controller went blank and no heat. Tried 2 other outlets still no heat *********************** but no answer. Recording says they are open 11-6 Eastern but they won't answer the phone.

    I purchased tkectric blanket from Biddeford. Registered it for replacement/ repair. **************** does not answer emails ir phone. Blanket not wirking

    I sent a queen, king heated mattress covers to Biddeford comp. On 12/22/2023 I have no messages from them nor can I contact them. They (Bidderford) sent me the return label to ship both covers back. All voice mails are full or cant take messages. It is now 4/1/2024 & I still have NO covers that I paid for. They were not heating is the reason for the return. Can someone tell me the status on my merchandise???

    I bought the blanket for a Christmas gift 2023. The controller stopped working. I cant get a hold of anyone. They want my credit card information to try and troubleshoot. Its a 5 year warranty. Im tea upset I cant speak to anyone. POOR service. The 800 customer service number does not work.

    I purchased a Bidderford heated throw on 11/3/23 from JCPenney, which had a limited 5 year warranty. The controller is showing and error message, I have unplugged the controller waited 15 seconds and plugged back in as the booklet instructed but the controller still shows an error message. I called JCPenney where I purchased, but they said they have a 60 day return policy and to contact **********, I have attempted calling but they have a message they are closed. I have tried emailing their customer service, but it will not go through stating there is a problem in sending and to try again later, which I did several times. I do not know what else to try to reach Bidderford Blankets. Can you help me, if they will not replace, I would like a refund since there seems to be a problem with their product? Thank you.

    Purchased electrical heating blanket 1 year ago which has 5 year warranty. Blanket controller died after having smoke come out of it. I have tried reaching the company via phone and email, but no response after 2-3 months of trying.

    I have paid $60 at Target for a Biddeford Blanket that is supposedly under a 5 year warranty. I have contacted Biddeford via e-mail and phone call with no responses. I am looking to replace a broken blanket/controller that I bought under the 5 year warranty. I believe there is false advertising and false promises on the delivery on the 5 year warranty.

    I have a Biddeford heated blanket that was just replaced a few months ago that stopped working weeks ago. The controllers are completely dead. Ive called customer service everyday no answer. Ive sent emails no answer. This blanket has a warranty but no one answers.
