    Trying to contact someone about a warranty issue with my blanket. Cant contact the company at all. Previously Ive never had this issue with them. Ive always found them to be helpful and now I need assistance and cant get it.

    I contacted Biddeford's because I was getting an "E" on the controller display and it doesn't seem to be heating correctly. Per their instructions (return instructions attached), I returned my mattress pad on 12/11/23, reference #***** (also ref ***********). It was a quilted mattress pad model UBCC-Q, not a sherpa type. I purchased it from ****** for $71.99. It was delivered to Biddeford on 12/15/23 (return receipt/tracking # 1ZAX96849053421959 from *** is attached). I have tried at least 10 times over the last year to reach Biddeford by email, their message system and phone and had no luck getting through. I don't understand how they can be in business. At this point, I prefer a refund but will settle for a replacement. Any help you can provide would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

    We purchased a queen dual control heated Microplush Blanket from Biddeford Blankets on November 24, 2019, at Kohls. One of the controllers has stopped working. We tried to call ************ as well as the number on your website - ************ and neither number is working. The controllers and blanket are still under warranty (5-year). I am trying to contact them to replace the controller.I have also tried to use their online contact form, and it will not "submit". I do not get confirmation that they received the form.

    I received a king dual control electric blanket. It worked briefly and the the one control does not work. It just continuously flashes the number 8 and half the blanket does not warm. I have repeatedly sent a message thru Biddeford's online customer service, with no response, I have repeatedly tried the listed phone number for customer service, disconnected. One time someone tried to call me we connected and then they immediately hung up. I also the sent them a text message at that time. There is not any response. I also had sent in my warranty card upon receipt of product and included all of my product information.

    One controller on my blanket does not work?biddeford tc12b0-d electric heating blanket controller 4-pin sealy ****** queen 100 acrylic loom woven blue my favorite blanket How get a replacement controller for it or can i fix the controller board is bad. Fuse is find. Other controller works on both sides.Lot ****** 180 ***** TC12B0 Use the blanket for my back and help me with my spine injury. On a fixed income at 46.     I contacted BiddefordBlankets, using the number enclosed in the user manual ************. About my Queen OBG Blanket not working properly. They told me to *** it back to them with the controls and they would send me a new one inreturn! I *** shipped on Dec. ****** tracking #1Z AX9 684 90 4055 3082 .Returned to *********** IL it was received by ****** at **** on December 15, 2023 at 9:07am I have uploaded 5 pages to you to view.All I want is my dual control queen heating blanket

    Purchased a heated blanket in December 2021. Biddeford states a 5 year warranty. I tried to reach out to Biddeford via email in Jan 2024 and again in August 2024. Also tried calling a few numbers associated with them, no answer ever. One side of the blanket no longer heats up (its a king blanket) and Ive tried 2 different controls, so the problem is the blanket because both controls work on the right side of the blanket. I want a resolution to this because I paid $100 and was guaranteed a 5 year warranty and I cannot get ahold of the company.

    I sent my twin plus electric blanket back approximately in January 2024 and still have not received a replacement. My reference # is *****. I spoke to a live customer service representative in December 2023 and was mailed a return label. I sent the blanket back through *** and have been unsuccessful reaching them again. I have attempted to reach them via phone and email. The blanket purchase price was $99.
