    Bought this heated mattress pad 10/18/2023 and tried to register on line. After using it about 1 week in November the mattress pad no longer works.

    I have 2 blankets that i am having a hard time getting ahold of any on Biddeford blankets they both have shorted out 4 controllers i just would like to have them replaced i do have all the info that they need. To replace the blankets i have called on 3 different occasions and wait on hold for ***** with no one answering the call

    I ordered the customer 4 controls to be sent and I am replacing her blanket. One of her blankets is 8 years

    old and out of warranty.

    I purchased a king size heated blanket on October 31, 2023 from Walmart.com. The model number is OBp04. And the tracking number is x181hI1024780. Blanket was turned on maybe 5 times before the controllers just stopped working. The highest the blanket was ever turned on was 4, so not sure what happened.

    I ordered the customer a control. The notes say she spoke to another rep and that rep was sending her a prepaid label to return her blanket in case the controls did not resolve her issue.

    I am rejecting this response because my blanket is king size and requires two controls. The previous response said nothing about sending me controls just mentioned returning my blanket with prepaid label. Ive already been without the blanket for a week.

    I am unsure as of what to do. I ordered the customer 2 controls which have been sent out and she should receive them soon. One of my reps mailed her a prepaid label to return her product in case the controls do not resolve her issue. I called the customer and left a message for her to contact me if there was anything else I could do.

    I recently purchased the Queen-size heated blanket (purchase date: November 6th, 2022 from Target, model number TC16B0, lot number 260622-DB) and experienced a chemical burning smell. After searching the house for a possible fire (checking ovens, the dryer, etc), my boyfriend realized that the smell was coming from the controls. He noticed that the electrical system inside one of the controls had shorted out. At the time, the blanket had been on for less than an hour. I tried getting ahold of customer service with no luck. I now have to spend almost $100 on a brand new blanket because my current one is unsafe due to the electrical issues, although they advertise a 5 yr warranty plan.

    Purchased a Biddeford Heated Throw from Kohls in Feb or March of 2023 and it no longer works. I had trouble with it shorting or not working but if I unplugged everything and back in again it would work. Well that no longer fixes the problem. I searched for a long time to find the website or phone number to contact the Biddeford Company without any luck. I would love a replacement and or my money back.     Purchased their blanket at kohls 11/15/23. 2nd biddeblanket we purchased. Been trying to register my warranty and call them. But cant do either. Just want to register my latest purchase. Please help.

    I bought a biddenford heating throw on 11/24/23. I have tried registering the blanket online at the provided web address. It states there is an error. The site is unreachable. How am I to register my throw or reach out if I have a problem if their website does not work.

    I purchased a Biddeford queen sized electric mattress pad. One of the controls didn't work out of the box. I plugged it in and an E showed on the display. I unplugged it and plugged it in to a different outlet and it doesn't light up at all. All I need is one controller; the other one works just fine. Our previous Biddeford electric mattress pad worked great for many years.

    I bought a Queen ***** Biddeford Quilted Sherpa ********** Queen ******** Mattress Pad on 11/26/2021. Both of the controllers stopped working a few months later, so the mattress pad will not heat up at all. I have tried contacting Biddeford by email and phone several times over the past 2 years to try to get a replacement for this as it is supposed to be under warranty for 5 years. I have never gotten any kind of response at all from the company regarding this matter.
