    The controller on my electric blanket quit working. The connector has little ear latches on it, unlike my other blanket which just plugs.

    Recd 12/4/23 as gift. Today, 12/5, I am trying to find a way to register the electric lap blanket. After 20 minutes of searching Im just angry. How do I get my product registered, or do I just return it

    I purchased a BIDDEFORD BLANKET, which comes with 5 year warranty. purchased nov 11, 2023 from ***********************. Unable to register it online or by phone.

    I purchased a full size heated electric blanket in April 2023 and I finally opened it to use it for the winter and its not working at all. I unplugged it and plugged it back in multiple times and there seems to be no power to the blanket . I don't even get any power at all. This item came with a 5 year warranty, but I cant find the company website since it keeps telling me that there's an error establishing a database connection. This is very disappointing as I now don't know what to do.

    I bought a queen heated blanket two and a half years ago and one side of the cords stopped working, the model is OBT03 and the tracking number is T187GJL2063918. I cannot get in contact with the company for replacements even though they have a five year warranty.

    I purchased the Biddeford microplush electric blanket at Target last October and it stopped working soon after. theres no error message or anything it just doesnt heat up. I found an email for customer service online and contacted them in February February, but no one ever . *** tried to find information online about registering for the warranty or getting a replacement but the company doesnt even have a website. This is very frustrating. I just want a working blanket.

    Received a heated blanket as a gift at the beginning of 2023 and has now randomly stopped working. No matter what plug or outlet I put it into the blanket controls will not turn on. Tried to contact company for warranty help but there is no website???

    I purchased a heating blanket last winter, it was used for a couple weeks and put away. We just pulled it out again, brandish new and barely used. And it wont heat up. Weve tried unplugging, plugging back in, switching to different outlets, and it doesnt do anything. And I cant find an email to contact the company. Come to find out the blankets were deemed unsafe and recalled in ****, yet are still on shelves today. Very sad.

    Purchased a king size heated blanket with dual controls. Only one of the controls works. I would like a replacement control but the website does not work to contact them and I get no response when calling.
