    11/22/2023 JCPenney's $89.00 Biddeford ************************** Throws Model: OTJ Tracking number:Y124HD4462748 The controller would turn off or need to be unplugged and turned around when reconnected for power to be reestablished. It's been less than a month since I purchased this electric blanket and now it doesn't power on at all. I haven't washed it or done anything to cause the throw not to work. I would like a replacement or a full refund.

    I purchased a Twin Size Biddeford Electric Blanket, Model number OBF01, on December 9, 2020, from Kohls using primarily Kohls Cash in ******, ******. Starting last winter, the blanket would heat up in some areas but not others. I reached out to your company regarding this issue last winter and never received a response. I again attempted to contact the company via email on December 4, 2023 and have not received a response. This blanket allegedly has a warranty of five years however the company refuses to respond to attempts for warranty service.

    I purchased a Queen size Heated Mattress Pad last year (2022), and now, it doesn't work on one side. Unfortunately, I am unable to find the receipt. I bought it either at ******* or ******* When I call Biddeford, it directs the call to a certain person, whose mailbox is full, then disconnects you. I can't email them because it says unable to, and to try again later. I have tried again, all day. I couldn't register the product because on the website, if one is lucky enough to get on their website, it's very difficult to find where to register it. Can't call, can't email, plus there are a lot of bad reviews about the company. I just want a replacement, because it says the warranty is for 5 years, mine barely lasted 1 year. I sure hope you have better luck than I did.

    This complaint is about a Biddeford Blanket. The control stopped working after one month of occasional use! Their website is no longer active? The phones are not being answered the few times I called. I feel its a huge safety issue. I was sleeping and noticed it was not warm. There was a burning smell coming from blanket and controller. I think the controller caused blanket damage as well. It is Queen size.

    I purchased 2 Queen size dual temperature heated blankets as gifts last christmas and both of them quit working in less than 6 months. i tried to take them back to target and was told I had to contact Biddeford. I called multiple times and have sent emails that are never replied to. spending 160$ on blankets that work for less than 6 months and come with a "5 yr warranty" but no one replies to you is unacceptable. There is no website with any information, you call and it says to email and you email and then they dont reply

    I have two Biddeford heated throws purchased within the last 14 months that have both now failed. Both of them will turn on and the led indicator will show that the blanket is heating but no heat actually occurs.

    Purchased Biddeford Blanket heated throw from Kohls. Just want to register the product online but get a database error when I try to access the website provided. Seems many others have the same problem.

    I have 2 issues. First, my blanket that was replaced last year, the control no longer turns on. Tried multiple outlets *************** and was informed to call. Tried multiple times to call only to be placed on hold for long periods of time. First photo uploaded of broken throw.Second is I received another blanket yesterday as a gift and am unable to find a website that works to register product.
