This is my second blanket from this company. The first one failed after a few months but I thought it was a fluke. Tried to reach out to customer service (this was over 2 years ago) with no response. Threw the blanket put.I bought another blanket last winter. It worked fine for a few months, then when I brought it back out this week now that it's colder, the controller does not turn on. I have tried many different outlets, leaving it plugged in for a while, nothing. I tried to call the customer service number I found online and was left on hold for an extremely long time.Initial Complaint

I bought my Biddeford blanket November of 2022 at target in store. ******* only worked three times and now will not turn on. I purchased two Biddeford ****************************** Throw Blankets through Target back January of 22. With the weather changing, we pulled them out to use again and one of the cords completely pulled out from the plug to the blanket like it was not secured properly and the other does not work at all. I emailed the company at the only address I could find, ****************************************** and have not received a response as of yet.They are nice blankets and I would like to have the cords replaced so we can continue to enjoy them.Initial Complaint

Purchase a Biddeford Electric Blanket, Queen, from Kohls in **********, **. 2 attempts to register on line were failures. I was going to try once more and then saw others have been experiencing the same problem. I cannot find the warranty card that came with the blanket. on dec 13 2022 i ordered a *************** Blanket, Biddeford, Bedding, Twin, Grey from *******.com. i received it on dec 14, 2022. i tried to register it multiple times.online at the provided web address. It states there is an error. The site is unreachable. i tried to register it via phone and could not do that either. the claim they have a 5 year warranty. on december 13 2023 - one year to the day the controller suddenly stopped working . i ordered another one from ******* to see if it was the controller or the blanket which i got today. at first when i plugged it in it worked. i left it plugged in but turned off all day. tonight when i went to turn it on to go to bed it will not turn on. the new controller does not work anymore. so clearly there is something wrong with the blanket and the controller. i have returned the one i just ordered to *******. but i can not return the one i purchased one year ago - i can not get a hold of anyone at this company. i have attached my receiptBusiness Response

The website on the warranty card gives an error. I cant get in contact with the company to get a replacement. *** had my blanket for about a month and the controller stopped working.
