    I purchased a blanket at the end of August. In November it started malfunctioning and would only heat up partially. I have attempted to contact the company various ways such as :1. Email with proof of purchase 12/10 2. By submitting a request for help on their website (I have tried several times and each time there is an error message)3. have tried calling several times, it either disconnects or they claim they are closed when I call during normal business hours. I want a replacement covered under warranty to be shipped to my address.

    On 2/2/21, I purchased a SLEEP WELL BIDDEFORD BLANKET, Full size, (Tracker V211HD2031780, Model 0BG02) from JCPenney for $47.99 plus tax. At the tome if receipt, I registered my blanket online at Biddefords website for their 5-YEAR WARRANTY. I have 4 of these blankets, but this ones plug, at the connection to the blanket, has also been loose. Now when its used, it becomes disconnected constantly. I have tried to reach Biddeford - for warranty replacement - at their website, by phone to ***************** by phone to the Administrative Offices and by email three times. All to no avail - no response or successful connection. Kindly assist with a replacement or full refund. Thank you.

    I registered with the warranty form last year 2023. They should have me on their system for the 5 yrs warranty. Blanket light blinks but does not heat and level of heat is at level 3. I tried to reset/trouble shoot by unplugging from the wall outlet and by the attachment on the blanket that connects the power to the blanket. It did not work.

    We have tried to call Biddeford blankets at least 5 times in the last week during regular business hours and have been informed by an automated message their office is closed. We were trying to initiate a warranty claim for a replacement blanket and have not been able to successfully speak to anyone at Biddeford blankets. We also emailed them and received an automated reply to call them. We would like to be able to exchange our blanket that is under warranty for a new one. Our current blanket has stopped heating up.

    Have a king size Biddeford heated plush blanket, controller for my side stopped working therefore can only heat 1/2. Trying to contact company for replacement but cant access their site and no response by phone.

    A blanket only 3 weeks old plugged in second time started to smoke smell like wires burning no fire happened okay then it says

    I have been trying to conect them for past 2 month via phone or e-mail. The phone goes to dialtone and i never get an e-mail back. I have a Blanket I bought December 16, 2021, it controller went out and it has a 5 year warrenty. This is why i bought tis blanket. But its hard to act on the warrenty when its like the company ove rnight disaapeared. The website doen't even work any longer.

    My daughter purchased a Biddeford heated blanket for me for Christmas. I am unable to register it online or by phone. Error messages or no answer.

    Purchased a new electric blanket from ****** June 2, 2023, and just opened the box to use and there is no power to the control box. Went online and there is no valid website for Registration or ***************** I purchased two of these and hope my other blanket works!

    I purchased a Biddeford Blankets from Target on 12/28/22. It stopped working less than a year after I purchased the blanket. I have left messages and no response. I even call them during regular business hours and they just hang up on you after stating their open hours.
