    Dont buy their products. The electric blanket controllers stop working within weeks and their five year warranty is worthless as they never answer the customer support number- just a recording the office is closed and they do not respond to emails except to say you will get a quicker response if you call ***************** What a joke. Buyer beware!

    I called Biddeford's customer service number back on November 14th, 2023 regarding a non-functional heated blanket controller. My blanket is under warranty. I was told a new one would be sent to me. The number I was given was *****. It just so happens that the customer service representative who shipped out that controller did not bother to verify my mailing address. She ended up sending it to a completely different city in my state with *** texting me constantly that it was undeliverable. I then called back on November 27th, 2023 and was told that it would be shipped to my actual address. I was given the tracking number 1ZAX9684YW76576129. When it finally arrived, it was the incorrect controller for my blanket and did not fit. I called back on the same day that I received it, December 21st, 2023, and was told that the previous customer service representative did not ask me enough questions about my current controller. She said she would get the correct controller sent out to me, but that it may take a few days to ship due to the shipping department being off of work for the holidays. She gave me the number *****. I never received an email saying anything was shipped. I have since called their customer service line over ***************************************************************************** with no success. This is ridiculous and all I want is the new controller that I was promised. Please help me resolve this situation.

    My electric blankets control was faulty and burnt out. I contacted Biddeford and they sent me a shipping label to send it back. I sent it via *** and according to tracker they received the package on 12/15/2023 at 9:07 am 1ZAX96849052524322. I have called over 30 times with no response. I am waiting for a replacement but no one is answering the phone and it has been over two months. Can you please intervene.

    I purchased an Electric Biddeford Blanket some time ago, the blanket stopped working I returned the blanket per their request in Dec 2023, (I have receipt it was received by them)Ever since I returned the blanket, I have not heard back from them re: the status. I've called every day for weeks, I continue to get a recording that their office is closed, and to call back during normal business hours, (I in-fact have been calling during their normal business hours...) I hit ever option, but no answer and no way to leave message. 2 of the couple options, I was not able to leave a message, stated the voice mail box is full, and can not leave messages... I sent one email, was returned un-deliverable, I sent a 2nd email, seems to have gone through, but no one has gotten back to me. I feel for some reason, that possibly the company has closed... ?I'd appreciate your help

    My mother bought a king-sized heating blanket, and 2 twin twin-sized heating blankets for both my sister and I for Christmas at around December 3rd, 2022. Her king-sized heating blanket wasn't working properly and my twin-sized heating blanket stopped working all altogether not because of the control but because of a circuit issue they said, so I had to send them back. I was able to contact them and get a tracking number for both they sent from *** on December 1st and December 5th. As of today, I am not able to contact them, and I have no idea where the packages are at all. It stopped showing altogether. The 2 tracking numbers are 1ZAX96849052205104 and 1ZAX96849053051304. It was originally supposed to be an exchange but obviously, nothing happened. I don't have the receipts as they have been long gone, I only have the tracking numbers from *** that they sent me for them. I am unsure about the exact amount that was paid but it was around 300 which is my best guess

    Electric mattress pad, a few weeks old stopped working. Cannot get ahold of company so product can be warrantied Claims there is a 5 year warranty

    Bought blanket shorted and and smells like the control plus are burning. Can't even submit a email on website send button doesn't respond.

    I emailed the Biddeford blankets 3 times now and sent pictures of the mattress pad tags and package. I have called them everyday for 2 weeks and get a recording that they are open 10am-5pm...and then recording says their office is currently closed. I bought a **************** Quilted Dual Controller Heated Mattress Pad, third time I went to use it controllers worked but mattress pad never heated up....has a 5 year warranty according to package...bought in January 2023. Just want it replacd but can't get a hold of anyone in their office

    I purchased a Biddeford microplush heated blanket. When I opened the box, the cords and controllers were missing. I have tried to call Biddeford customer service multiple times, during their business hours, and receive a message stating their office is closed. I tried dialing other extensions, all to no avail! This is frustrating as I am unable to return the blanket as it was purchased out of state. Email was returned as well.

    I have been trying to reach Biddeford Blankets since 12/29/23. I have made attempts by email and phone on a number of occasions. I've tried every extension several days and times during the week when the recording states they are supposed to be open, along with days they are not. I've tried all of the different extensions I'm able to choose and all the voice mailboxes are full. I do not know what is going on with this company, but if they offer a 5 year warranty according to their owners manual, there needs to be a way to get in touch with them and them respond in a timely manner.
