    I purchased 3 of their Electric Heated Throw Blankets in December and one of the cords has stopped working. I emailed the company twice and have only gotten an automated reply saying to call the company. Over the last several days, I've called the company all during business hours and tried every single one of their suggested extensions and no one ever answers. The customer service extension says it's closed, all the voicemail boxes are full and one of the extensions goes straight to a busy signal after ringing a few times.

    Was gifted a Biddeford blanket, and it stopped working? Wasnt mishandled or misused. Tried reaching the company with no luck for any kind of customer service.

    On 12/18/2023 I contacted them because my controller stopped working. I purchased the blanket from Target around 8/1/2023 and began using it in late October/early November 2023. There is a 5 year warranty. They promptly sent me a new controller which arrived over the holidays. I plugged the new controller into my blanket for the 1st time on January 2, **** and I immediately smelled something similar to burning and the controller did not turn on. It was plugged into a surge protector strip and all the other devices plugged in are working just fine. I have tried calling them every few days since then and each time their message is to call during normal business hours of 10a-6p EST, however every call HAS been within those hours. They also recommend emailing. I emailed them on 1/2/****, 1/17/**** and again today(1/30/****) with no response (other than auto reply to call the customer service number for faster service).

    On 12/15/23, I purchase a Biddeford Heated Mattress pad from Target. It worked just fine the first 3 times I used it. The forth time, I noticed that only the bottom portion of the pad (near the foot of the bed) was actually heating. Check the plug, followed Biddeford's recommended troubleshooting, etc. The fifth time I tried to use it, the controller kept giving and error message (E). Since it is electric, I removed it from the bed just to be safe. I have been trying to contact Biddeford since Jan 24. Using the email for customer service, I get a response that suggests I contact their offices. Contacting their offices, I continue to get a voice message that offices are closed and sorry for the inconvenience. After reading some of the other complaints, I would prefer a refund so I can buy a safe, functioning heated mattress pad from a different company.

    My heated blanket stopped working. I've tried to reset etc. To no avail. It's only been used 2 seasons. It said it had a 5 year warranty. I have tried calling Biddeford for over 2 weeks and cannot talk to someone. No matter when I call no buttons give me a human and "customer service" says they are closed even though the recording states open hours when I'm calling! I've emailed as well and gotten no response. I have been a customer for decades -it's terrible that when you need customer service they offer NONE! I want this item replaced under said warranty ( I have the original receipt).

    I purchase a biddeford blanket in November. Upon receiving the blanket and taking it out of the package it would shock us. I called biddeford customer service and was told to mail the blanket to get a refund. The blanket was returned in December and I am yet to receive a refund from biddeford. I called and several different occasions and sent emails. I heard nothing from biddeford.

    A year ago we purchased an electric mattress pad made by Biddeford Blankets from Target. It has a 5 year warranty. Both controllers have stopped working, for no apparent reason. We would like them replaced. I contact Biddeford customer service via an on-line chat, and was shuttled off to JustAnswer, even though they have nothing to do with this. Now I have security concerns because of that. I simply would like Biddeford to replace the two controllers.

    This company deceives poor customers by including a Warranty Registration Card in packages that cannot be used to registered. Recently upon opening a biddeford electric heating blanket that failed to heat even though it is brand new, i took the Warranty Registration Card out of the box to follow the proper steps for them to correct this and they have cheated me out of a way to do so. the Warranty Card says to register online by visiting www.biddefordblankets.com yet that site amongst others has no link to register your warranty. This blanket was special from my grandma to keep me warm, i deserve to have a means to report this to the company as well as request and receive a replacement for them. I scoured ****** and countless biddeford blanket sites and have not found one possible means of reaching them online for this as if they are avoiding this scam of faulty heated blankets and fake warranty cards.

    I purchased a heated blanket around a year ago. It's worked great until my controller stopped working. The blanket does come with a 5 year warranty with controller problems. I read through the entire manual trying the troubleshooting tactics and following other instructions. When none of these worked, I decided I should try to contact them about the 5 year warranty and try to have the controller replaced. After calling more than 10 times this week and sending emails, I still have not heard from anyone or contacted anyone. I am never able to reach anyone, even in other departments. If a company offers a 5 year warranty on their products, you should be able to contact them to use the warranty they offer.

    I purchased a Biddeford blanket and one of the controllers is not working. I called their number but it says to email their customer service which I did.I've not received any acknowledgement of my email. When I call, there is a recording that tells of their office hours but no one picks up and no voice mail is allowed. I'd like a response for replacement controller.
