      complete waste of time and money, had a tec come out to find the fault on a Samsung washer, was told motor, so bought a new one for $200 plus the $100 sears rob me to locate the issues, to find that the motor was not at fault, nothing more than a scam... there tecs dont know a thing about trouble shooting... just how to get your money... never again..!!

      This company is fraudulent. After 5.year customer with no claims, I had a problem with my heat. After 2 weeks they finally told me to find someone to do the work. They did and gave an estimate. I called and the estimate was approved.
      After submitting they said that they were denying the claim because it 'could' have been caused by a power failure which I can prove was not.
      I am planning on suing this company in small claims.
      DO NOT USE SEARS HOME WARRANTY OR CINCH services.

      Requested a diagnostic appointment for a refrigerator that was not cooling on 02/24/23. Was quoted $139 for the appointment. The technician came out on the date, spent 15 minutes looking at the manufacturers label trying to find information in his phone. The technician did not look at anything on the refrigerator to try to diagnose what was wrong, just let me know that he had no information for the brand of refrigerator (Hisense) and charged me $156.
      I emailed the address given to me that day for a refund and an additional email I found later on and have tried calling more than 20 phone numbers to speak to a person to get a refund and no calls are answered by a person and I have to this day not received a response to any of my emails.

      Refrigerator repairman came out to repair too cold fridge and killed it...was working before he came He left and it was no longer working and he didn't tell me. This is under warranty I purchased and now I am waiting two weeks without refrigeration for the part to arrive and another repair visit. Can't get a reach anyone they blocked my number all I get is AI answer to either cancel the appointment. Sure aren't meeting all the promises they made when they sold me this policy for $270 lousy company don't buy insurance from them

      On Feb. 3rd, I ordered a valve for my range. They claimed it was in stock;I paid with Paypal as that was an option. They deducted it from my account.After 5 days, it did not ship. After 10 days, it did not ship.I checked every day until March 6th when I was told they found a substitute to ship I was elated, until today March 10th when it still had not shipped.I contacted customer service and was told the vendor did not accept PayPal.The transaction from PayPal said it was paid to Sears.They asked me for another form of payment. When I asked why, as they charged me for it already, they couldn't tell **** still have no cookstove and it has been over a month and a half.Why the false advertising of being able to accept PayPal and then not?

      I agree - a minus ZERO! The most terrible company I have ever dealt with - I am 80 years old and have never had such terrible service. I agree with all the other comments - it is next to impossible to reach a real person, getting through the phone menu is a nightmare, and the "bot" doesn't know anything! A technician came to look at my malfunctioning washer (bought in 2011). He said it was the transmission and would cost $500 to repair. Unfortunately, I decided to do the repair instead of buying a new washing machine. Very BAD decision on my part. He ordered the necessary parts and scheduled the repair for the next week. He said he had to charge $500 upfront because the parts were being delivered directly to my house. A few of the small parts were delivered, but not the main shifter assembly. The repair couldn't happen until ALL the parts were here, so we had to reschedule (twice). I finally just canceled the appointment so that I could buy a new washer. Now they are refusing to give me a refund until I return the parts. They are supposed to e-mail me a return shipping label, which they still have not done. I try calling and e-mailing, with no success. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

      Purchased a Kenmore Upright Freezer from Sears. com. 7 months later, it started to show signs of Air Leak as Ice was forming on the ceiling of the ******** ******* call, Tech confirmed these Kenmore Freezer have an issue with Door Seals. So, He ordered me a new Door on Feb 3rd. 5 Weeks Later, no door no repair. I called Sears ******* and they explained due to logistics issues my parts were delayed. They recommended to go to their website to check the status of the parts. One week later, I checked and the website showed my Parts were "Cancelled". What!! So, I called Sears ******* again and ******* put me on hold only to transfer me to ******. ****** was not in customer service so he transferred me to JP. I didn't bother with JP. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. ** said that he would submit a request and the Supervisor will call me back with ***** hours. It has be 5 weeks I have not used my ******** I paid for a product and I can't even use it. THANK YOU SEARS.

      Laughably bad service. American Home Shield contracted my repair to Sears 3 ********* (which is a Transform Holdco, LLC company). The refrigerator went out and the technicans kept ordering different parts to repair the refrigerator. The first two parts ordered were not used at all. As in they ordered them, returned weeks later, and did not attempt the repair. Each of the five different visits, I pointed out that the LED Display had an error code, but that was ignored until the fifth visit. These were not visits that were quick return either. Each one took WEEKS in between appointments. They would give a 9 hour service window 7AM-4PM for each visit. After scheduling one visit two weeks out, they simply cancelled via text automated text message on the same day as my appointment. No notice - no phone call. The worst part is that instead of rescheduling with an increased priority, my job was pushed back to the end of the queue - another two weeks later. Of course, I tried to reach out when they no-showed my appointment and cancelled via text messgae, but there was no way to talk to an actual representative. All options either 1)led to a disconnect or 2) engaged in an infinite loop of automated message purgatory. In the end, they 1) wasted many hours of my time 2) never successfully repaired the refrigerator and 3) sent parts to me after my home warranty company had already cancelled the work order- requiring me to waste even more time.

      I wouldn't even give them a star. Phone tree is impossible to navigate. They ordered parts for both my washer & dryer and when parts came in they told me they were for my dryer (that was after an hour in phone tree before I got hold of a human). Talked to manager who gave me a false name & extension number i came to find out. Made appointment for repair and when tech came part was for my washer and he left since his work order was for dryer. Dryer parts have been on order for 6 weeks.

      Ordered dishwasher tub gasket on the 26th of February, 2023. When ordered, the email stated that it would be delivered on 2 Mar 2023. I called to check on the status and was told that it is now being delivered on the 8th of Mar 2023. I have not received the part yet I have been charged for it. When I call to check on the status the automated phone states that it has been shipped and will be delivered by 2 Mar 2023. When I finally do get to talk with someone they state that they are waiting on the part and cannot give me any further updates. They continue to provide false information and will hang up when you get them cornered.
