    **** gave our furnace and AC an excellent service. He provided detailed explanation on what the preventative maintenances required and even took the time to allow our small barking dogs to get used to him. He did a thorough cleaning of our unit and was friendly and thoughtful of my parents being at home. Very professional, good mannered and friendly service as it is custom for Kustom!

    Total satisfaction. The repairman responded in a very timely fashion. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem and fixed it. And then he explained what to do to avoid the problem in the future. The service was very reasonably priced.

    Just got our AC repaired by the most kind soul who showed up on time, worked in the heat until he found the problem - which was not a common one, fixed it, and charged a very fair price for his work and time.
