    Our heat went out 2 days after turning our furnace on. Called Kustom Heating & Air around 3:00. The receptionist on the phone couldn’t have been nicer. I was told someone would be at our house between 4:00-6:00. At 4:15 I received a text with a picture of technician Eric W. is on his way. Eric was GREAT. Very professional tidy and explained everything. Eric put booties on even after I told him he didn’t have too. Eric got our furnace working. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kustom Heating & Air.
