    Very competent, very friendly, very honest - those describe everyone, including the office personnel and the field inspectors/installers. It is a business I feel I can trust and the get service I need as well as get an honest evaluation of my equipment. Would give 10 Stars if I could.

    It's approaching that time of year when the outside temperature rises and you want to switch on the *** so I called and made an appointment to have my AC unit inspected and cleaned. Scheduling was able to get me an appointment that worked around my busy schedule. My technician, ***** P arrived on time, was very professional and transparent with the status of my AC unit and all its components. He advised me of his recommendations based on his assessment of my unit and provided photos and videos of before and after the tune up. He provided me with fair pricing and a clear and understandable explanation of the recommendations allowing me to make an educated decision on the services I wanted completed. I have in the past and will continue to use Kustom Heating and Cooling for all my furnace and air conditioning needs.

    **************** is amazing from the moment I call to set up an appointment to the technicians providing service. Everyone is friendly and professional and answers all of my questions. Prices are very reasonable and I appreciate that I'm not pressured into purchasing anything that isn't necessary. The technicians are very honest and up front and give their professional recommendations on what should be addressed right away and what can wait. I also like that the technicians go over everything with me and include before and after pictures of the services provided so I can actually see the difference and understand what is being done. I appreciate Kustom Heating and Cooling and will continue to use them
