    We currently have Kustom installed HVAC equipment. My last 2 service appointments have been with **** *. He provides excellent service and is extremely thorough and professional. Also, all equipment checks are documented and emailed to the customer for further reference. In 2024 I have a hard time finding any type of contractor whom I can trust and recommend, but here is one!

    My family has used Kustom Heating and Cooling for years and would never go with anyone else. We trust them so much, that when we needed a plumber a few years back we called them to see if there were any companies they worked with/recommended. All of their technicians are always prompt, courteous, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Today, we had Eric W., who was so gracious and understanding with my overly inquisitive pets. Cannot recommend enough!

    Eddie was very professional and thorough in checking for the problem I reported. Unfortunately we could not replicate the noise I had heard previously. I stand by Kustom Heating and AC as I have been a customer for years in various residences.
