  ******************* was amazing! His patience, knowledge and professionalism was so much above par that its almost unfair to other representatives. He was very helpful and helped turn the tide in my decision to purchase these windows at any point I had doubts and concerns. Great job and Go Pats!

  We had a great experience with ***************** and he was very thorough with his presentation. He even stopped by the day of install. Wand installation- We ordered 11 windows for our 2 story house in Aug 2021 and only 9 were installed in January 2023. The other two were measured incorrectly and were not exactly sure when they will be installed. Communication has been good so far. Oh and one of the handles is missing and *** asked that this be dropped off or mailed to us. Still waiting. Because of several inconveniences Ive been working with our rep and have asked for compensation. More to come. Positive-******** of 4 came at 7am and were done by 4pm. They did a great job with the removal of the old windows and old framing, installation of the new and *********** trim looks beautiful. Negative- The clean up of the inside of the house was just ok. I cant tell you how many times Ive stepped on pieces of concrete, brick, wood, caulk and other debris over the last couple of days.

  I left 3 messages for a representative to call me, and they said someone is going to return my phone call already 2 full days went by and no one ever called me back.

  I have had replacement windows before and completed home remodeling projects. This time I was replacing 25 windows. ***** was a terrific sales rep and everything that she said would happen did, including the replacement of rotten wood, added insulation where the prior replacement window company failed to put it 20 years ago, and pre and post clean up. ****** was the head of the crew and he was fantastic. very professional. on time. efficient.

  Wish I never did this! Original installation not done properly. Windows actually moved side to side in place! Took over a month to get someone to fix. Windows fixed again and still drafty and noisy. Wish I never changed my windows. Overpriced. Extremely unsatisfied! Nothing as promised and would NOT recommend

  This is borderline a scam. They charge 4-5x more than the competition. Very aggressive marketing, don't tell you the price until 2 hours into the visit. Or warn you how much they are. For example they quoted me $5000 for ONE picture window 2' x 3'. Nothing special. That is INSANE. The window itself should be $400. Then I found out friends have gotten quotes from them in the same range, except they quoted me even higher, presumably because I'm a single woman and look like an idiot. They say they have a special material Fibrex for the window frames, but does that really account for a 5x markup? If they are vertically integrated like they claim to be, they should have lower or comparable prices to the vinyl windows. They also claimed to have invented vinyl which is just a baldfaced lie. VERY expensive marketing and videos, to convince you you must have the best and they are the best. Run away from this company, it's a scam.

  No communication, I will never go to them again. The workers that come out here are great. The people in office are awful except *******. I have a window that is not finished, they keep saying they will finish it. This has been ***********************. People please think before using ******** Windows

  Very professional and courteous. Did a great job installing 2 windows and a sliding door. Left the house cleaner than when they came!
