  First of all, when we built our home 39 years ago, we contracted with Andersen Windows for our dream home. We first started replacing them in 2019, 2021 and now in 2023. Obviously, the brand name holds up for their great craftsmanship! This is the third time in four years I've worked with *********************** as Sales Rep. We've bonded and had a few laughs, and I've been very pleased with past jobs from the skilled workers Renewal by Andersen sends out.**** was patient through all the processing of getting my loans approved and this is by far the best deal for financing I had! Just wish prices had not gone up so much.Thank ****************! I'm very excited for my last 4 windows to be installed this summer!   This company lied all the way! I was looking for a window that would stop a lot of road noise coming into my home. Salesperson said they had a wrap for the windows to keep out noise, this is a complete lie, the noise coming from outside is worse now than before these very expensive & overpriced windows were installed. Also these windows leak air all of the time causing condensation to build up. According to them this is normal. Due to air leakage my electric bill has gone up, extra heat in winter & extra air in summer. They sent a tech out but all he said was he did not find any problems. I wish I could attach pictures.

  We are early on in the process, but so far its been a great experience. Everything that our Sales Representative has went over with us has happened. Excited to get our windows and doors replaced.

  ********************* was probably the most excellent sales person *** ever worked with. Patient, not pushy, explained everything, and answered all of our questions. I think he ended up spending 3+ hours with us setting up our doors. The installation was great and quick. The team cleaned up and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before leaving. The doors are great and I like that they removed the old rotting wood instead of just putting the doors on the old stuff. More expensive than most companies, but worth it for the smooth experience and quality of the product.

  Sketchy company. Sales reps are pushy. Contract not gone over in full and a copy not provided until after install. After spending thousands of dollars, the product is not what was discussed and they won't resolve the issue, the only solution is to have the customer purchase another one of their products stating that their company can't lose out on thousands of dollars... Don't waste your time especially if you have an HOA to answer to.

  ****** and his crew are fantastic! The trim and frame work they did is absolutely beautiful. They created windowsills for every window. We have over 20 windows. They were on time, professional and courteous. They left every area clean. Replacing windows is a really big deal and investment. We are glad we went with Andersen. The windows, screens and frame work are beautiful and seem to be of good quality.

  We had an initial consult, havent decided which company to use yet. **** from ******** Renewal was knowledgeable and low pressure.

  1) Renewal by ******** doesn't show up on time.2) Renewal by ******** doesn't provide correct instructions for the homeowner.3) Renewal by ******** cannot measure correctly.4) Renewal by ******** cannot install moulding correctly.I work from home and can't "stand-by" waiting for a crew to show up late. I had asked what had to be done prepping for their arrival and I removed all window coverings and shades and anything within 3 feet of the windows. Pets were secured. I was told nothing on the OUTSIDE had to be removed. Well I had to remove the 3 flower boxes from the OUTSIDE of the front windows. Two different people from Renewal by ******** measured the windows but the oak moulding was incorrect. When the oak moulding was finished, the work was performed so poorly that another crew returned the next day to replace it.The windows from Renewal by ******** are great...everything else they do is terrible.
