    Wish I had read these reviews before signing a contract. $8,000 for a patio door in 03/22 and when they removed my existing door and installed the new one - on 08/22 - it was the wrong one. It is now 11/07/22 ans they still haven't delivered the correct one. They will not call to tell you when it will be done. You have to call them repeatedly and when you get through they sound annoyed that you called. Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a contractor, ever!

    To be fair, no one made me acept Renewal by Andersen's exorbitant quote so I'll just skip to the other main reason that I am dissatisfied with the company and rue the day that I answered one of their flyers and let their slick salesman into our home. We contracted our job in February of this year with the the work supposed to be completed over one four-day span in May. That was a joke that just keeps on giving. It's now November and Renewal by Andersen still hasn't been able to get the right people together at the right time to finish our job. So far we've had to be home five times for periods varying from one to four days at a time and still there is no end in sight. The products are good, though not as good as you might expect for the price and our installers have done a great job with what they've had on hand when they show up at our house; but the people who order and distribute the products keep dropping the ball. I think Renewal by Andersen is a company that makes good products and has great installation crews but slick salesmen and less-than-competent office and wareshouse personnel. If you have plenty of money, time and patience, by all means give your job Renewal by Andersen the job.
