  We had a fantastic consultation with Paul. He's knowledgeable, enthusiastic about the product, and easy to talk to....without being too pushy. We'd highly recommend meeting with Paul to discuss replacement windows.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. We had over $25k in door and window work done. Wanted the best and were willing to pay for it. Sadly I think our old $175 windows were better than these $2500 windows installed. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy them! I have an inch of ice buildup on the bottom of these windows. Video to prove it, wish I could post it here for all to see. My service area is near Boston MA. The company is awful and don't trust them. Custom made my ...they are crap! Glad for any of you that took a chance and ended up ok, but I am going to have to call another company to come in and replace these or loose $1000s in heating costs over the next few years.

  Whatever you do, do NOT order with Renewal by Andersen. I ordered an entire house of new doors and windows. It was substantially more than other companies, but they promised customer service, efficiency, standing by their product, and a shorter timeline. The entire door order was wrong- fine, things happen. But they didnt even catch that they were white not black and installed an incorrect door, until I came home and discovered it (that wall frame is still with gaps/shims and exposed insulation months later) THEN they promise the reorder will be expedited and I wont have to wait and that theyll make me whole and Ill end up happy- theyll make sure of it. I asked to discuss specifics- But they refused, just kept saying they would fix it and couldnt discuss specifics until order was installed. Well, the reorder took just as long; I went a winter without doors I was promised- resulting in damage to my floors, increased utilities, and they left my wall frame torn up from the first incorrect door. 2nd doors arrive and Im promised they are all in and correct- they lied. Told me I didnt need to know because it wouldnt delay install. When the missing 1 arrives- wrong AGAIN. So 4 more months of project being delayed. They havent followed up unless I reach out, have been intentionally ambiguous about making me whole but assured me they were a great company and I would be happy. Also, all these problems and inconsistencies they keep blaming the factory. I was never given a chance to cancel my order (knowing what I know now- I absolutely would) and now they are basically telling me Ive signed a contract and I need to be grateful for anything they give me. They may not care about 6 figures but to me that is a lot of money. As a person who takes care of sick children- Im usually surrounded by people who have dedicated their lives to helping people; I think I had forgotten what its like to deal with people that just dont care. Run fast and far.

  The service initial service was friendly, professional and without pressure. I really appreciate them doing all the work ( including calling the property manager) necessary to get HOA approval. They were highly recommended by friends so I am confident the product , installation and warranties will be just as great.

  Don't do business with this company. My 60 year old sister hired Renewal do put in a Sliding Glass door in my 87 year old mom's house. They did partial work and then abandoned the work. Many phone calls and emails over several months were sent to them to finish the work. After my mom suffered a slight injury, she sent photos of the unfinished work and informed Renewal they either had to finish or we would have to hire someone else to finish their work. No response in any one of these messages. Months later, my sister was contacted to pay the remining amount. We told Renewal we would not just pay a balance. I then as the financial power of attorney tried contacting them to resolve this. Again no response. Then months later we received a threatening certified letter that if we did not pay the balance, they would put a lien on the property. We had no choice but to pay. We are looking into some type of legal action to try and recover what we paid. Don't be fooled by their slick commercials on how they treat customers. I would never have thought we would have been treated this way. Find another company or risk a similar situation.
