  Attempted to conduct business with them. They are HIGH PRESSURE, point of sale. Met them at a home show. Made our appointment, then they asked if both homeowners would be there. I replied "most likely" They then had to call a manager who grilled me about my wife being there with me. The day of the appointment, my wife had to leave so she couldn't be there. They showed up but would not give me even estimated pricing unless my wife was there. They would have, but if I didn't agree to buy right on the spot, then the price goes up. The sales rep was pleasant enough, but has clearly been trained to cut-throat the sale. I rescheduled for the following Monday at 10am. Then called a manager whom again grilled me and set the appointment (making sure my wife would be home as well) They want a decision IMMEDIATELY and the price is substantially higher if you do not agree to buy on the first. Long story short. .they never showed up and did not call to cancel. For a $15,000 front entry door, god forbid they have to come to the house twice prior to us making a great decision and be able to think about it. Absolute sham of a company. They did us a great favor by blowing off our appointment. BUYER BEWARE

  i contacted renewal by andersen. they are a high pressure sales organization!!!! Wanted to know numerous answers to questions to get an appointment. Then someone else called and asked the same questions. They also looked up my home on county records to be sure anyone on the title was present although they didnt admit it. Gave me a line of BS to be sure everyone was there. Invasion or privacy! Called them and told them to cancel due to high pressure tactics. they then called me on Sunday morning to confirm i cancelled and ask why. if these guys were professional i might use them but they have gone the other direction unfortunately. i hope they get a CEO who knows how to treat customers.

  They are horrible! The representative came and placed his heavy sample window by my brand new dishwasher and it fell and dented my 3 month old dishwasher. He ran out with his tail between his legs. Ooh I sure it's just scuffed. They called me every day for a sale. I stated please don't call me unless you are going to replace my face covering of my dishwasher. Oh yeah my manager will call you back. That was 2 years ago and after I got another junk mail sell of their today I just reminds me of hw dishonest they are. So do you think they will fix their $20,000 windows if they won't even acknowledge the damage they did to someone's property. NOPE! RUNN I got amazing pella with dows, 11 for $10,000 less? Done the right way.

  We ordered four windows July 8, 2022 and have paid 3/4 of grand total. Our salesperson had given us an estimated delivery of windows between mid October beginning of November. We continue to get weekly updates that our windows are still being worked on, but no estimated delivery date. As of March 18, 2023 we have yet to have an estimated date of when the windows will be done, much less installed. I would not recommend doing business with Renewal by ********. Windows are expensive and clearly a delivery cannot be met.

  We had allof the windows in our home replaced by *** a few years ago. I absolutely love them. They even made our house quieter! So you may wonder why I gave only three stars..we'll we made the mistake of having our sliding door replaced at the same time. This was actually right before the covid lock down. During that first summer we realized how difficult it was to open the door. At first, I thought the door was locked. Of course they came out to "fix" it. The first recommendation was to put oil on the weather stripping which worked about three days. In the end, they probably came out a total of 9 times to no avail. The last time they came, they admitted there was warpage but not to the degree the company would authorize replacing the entire door. They had a new "fix". Prior to that, they had replaced both doors and all the weather stripping. We have sold the house and gave the new owners the customer service number hoping the final fix worked. Do not get their sliding door!!

  After looking at different companies and their products, my husband and I decided to call Renewal by Andersen. ***************** was the consultant; he was terrific! ***** explained the products' quality, installation process, and warranties. We decided to contract Renewal by ******** to replace all our home's windows. If you are looking for a good company with excellent quality, Renewal by Andersen is the way to go. Thank you, *****************, for being such a pleasant Design Consultant, explaining the process, and offering excellent customer service. We cannot wait to see the final result.

  We love our new windows. The tram that installed our windows did a very professional job. This was a great decision, its improved the appearance of our home. There were three men doing the work and they were on time each day ( it took two days). They cleaned up after themselves each day. I would recommend them without a doubt. Theyre team Koty J and ********** Im sorry I dont remember the other mans name.

  We had a small window that needed replacement. We called Renewal by Andersen and they came out. They said they could not re-use the vinyl window frame as it was too old and no longer used in construction (our house is only 9 years old). Everything would have to be replaced. They quoted a price of $3,900 to replace the one window.I called TWO other windows companies. They told me that not only are the vinyl frames STILL in use, they are the current industry standard. We had the window replaced with an exact duplicate window, using the original frames, with a 10-year warranty, for only $600.00.You decide...

  How do they have a 1.58 out of 5 stars yet a A++ with BBB gosh, Ive trusted the better business bureau for years. Now I realize if they pay their bill to you, they get a good ratings!!!!!
