    Purchased a sliding patio door very expensive but had recently sold a mobile unit and really needed a new door. Purchased August 2022, installed Jan 2023. Stucco completed April 2023. On purchase agreement, should have asked for price breakdown, rather than lump sum. ******** told me was 2 additional charges that increased price. A doggie door, which was done and removing a stucco valance over door would have to be removed. Upon installation, valance did not need to be removed. On final invoice showed over $1000 for that worksalesman refused to credit. Got a call $339 would be taken off . So I had to pay for work not done.

    Renewal by ******** never kept our scheduled appointment. My initial call, I asked for a Thur. or Fri. appointment at our home in ************, **. I was told there were "no Thursdays or Fridays available. I did not want to proceed further. The phone calls continued twice a day for a week after. We scheduled a Thursday appointment, only to have the sales rep. not show up. They demand both spouses be at the appointment and a 60 to 90 min. time. Not a good initial experience. I believe they want to sell *********** windows, instead of one in our case. Will not do business again.

    ***************** was so helpful and professional. Picking out the right windows can be daunting and he helped guide us through the whole decision process. We are so appreciative for his expertise! I will recommend to my family and friends.

    Seems like Renewal by Andersen buys email addresses from spammers and spam your email. I've unsubscribed multiple times and still get email from them. This is a great way to NOT get business. This is a known issue and Renewal by Andersen clearly has taken zero steps to stop it.

    I had Renewal by Andersen replace 7 windows and 2 patio doors. ****** and ***** worked so fast and finished the job in one day. They were both very hard workers and were all business. They covered my furniture and covered the floors before the installation. Before they left they moved everything back into place as if they were never there. They did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the end product. I would definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone who want a top notch product installed the right way. ************

    Very happy with my new windows. Our salesman ***************** did an excellent job explaining our options. Even though the windows were installed on one of the coldest days of the winter, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. The installers were quite professional and Im embarrassed to say that they left the house cleaner than when they started. ***************** even swung by to see how the job was going and whether I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

    Just to inform you that all our windows and patio sliding door were replaced by Renewal by Andersen on 2006. We absolutely like them. During summertime, we usually open our windows. One of the double-hung windows having hard time to open and to latch. We called up Renewal by Andersen to fix them but their recommendation is to replace four(4) SASH BALANCES which will cost us out of the pocket $225.00. We are more than happy and satisfy for you to assist us with these situations. Thank you very much.

    I agree with **** whose review is below this one. The inter-company communication is patently absurd and impossible to navigate as a customer. My experience has been akin to the inept Keystone Cops managing this job and belie the ** ads that tout how well they handle customer concerns because they are the manufacturer, the sales team, the installers, and customer service-NOT! This job started in September with the sales person, in January there were windows installed but still not inspected so frames arent finished and windows have large stickers on them. In February, patio doors were installed, but the screens were wrong ( one- wrong color, one - too small). It turned out the doors were improperly installed one had to be reinstalled ( but still isnt right as it should be) and the other required adjustments. The job is not finished and we are still waiting on the screens; but someone at Renewal submitted to my finance company that the job was not only complete, BUT INSPECTED AND PASSED! The finance company contacted me to find out why I hadnt started paying. When I expressed my surprise, they told me the paperwork had been submitted claiming the job was complete and properly inspected. So now the finance company is surprised Renewal would do thatand no one at ******** after several phone calls to who knows where (because they all act shady as to where they are) NO ONE is accepting responsibility for having submitted that lie to my finance company. I have sent multiple group texts to the salesman in Jax, the RbA finance person in CA, the project manager in *******, and two office women allegedly in Jax. The silence is deafening!

    To be honest when we had our sales meeting we were excited to get these windows although way more expensive than expected. On the day of installation we were very disappointed that the windows, which were replacing 3large picture windows in our kitchen that gave us a very nice view of our property a mainly our pond ,but the Replacment windows were 3 smaller all the way around each window a total of 18 reduction of our view and we were never told of this we were lead to believe they were an exact Replacment and customer service has been just lip service not happy

    ***** was very personable and professional. She thoroughly explained the product and answered all of our questions.. She was courteous and polite. It was a pleasure doing business with her.
