  Replacing 4 windows installed by Window Works. The presentation by ******************* was professional & knowledgeable. The price was higher than other companies but the quality and warranties from Andersen was better.

  Got conned into signing up for a contest at a fair. It's been months and I am still getting emails and calls from Renewal by Andersen despite repeatedly demanding being removed from contact lists. This is a violation of the Do Not Call List. And really if the company is THAT desperate to sell their products, then the ****************** cannot be all that good to begin with.

  I would like to thank **** of Renewal by Andersen for fixing our casement window locking handle. He was polite, sociable and professional in his job. Eventhough it was a minor fix, Renewal by Andersen stands by its product with Customer Satisication a top priority.Thanks.

  Renewal by Andersen claims to have good customer service. I call them out on that. Spent ******** for some of their products. They were installed in January 2023. The patio door has a scratch in the glass and frame that was noted on the say of installation. I have called 5 times about the replacement door panel and no one will return my calls. If I could give you zero stars I would. Your customer service is terrible. Stay away from this company. They take your money and then you never hear from them again.

  Junk.I bought 3 exterior doors in 2019 or so for $10k total, including installation. Figured that was it for 20 years. But the company doesn't tell you up front that there is "maintenance" required by "renewal" every 6 to 12 months, for a fee. Mine stopped being able to lock or close after about 6 months. Of course the techs came to fix, and they had to dissemble all of the unnecessary internal mechanisms and rebuild them. They wanted to charge a fee but to their credit accepted my refusal to pay so soon after buying them. They offered to come back in 6 months, for a fee. For doors. Doors. 6-month maintenance on doors. THIS IS RENEWAL BY ********* !!.I want exterior doors that shut, lock and (with occasional weather stipping replacement) keep out the cold for 20, or at least 10, years. I don't want or need complicated internals for a door. Their doors are built to fail within a year. These folks sell you (and me, but never again) a door a subscription service. If you don't subscribe then your door stops working. Three years on, one of the three's lock won't work any more. When I can't get into the house via the other two, these pieces of junk will be torn out and I will replace them them affordable large-box-store doors.

  Have to be the worst I have seen when they charge so much. Spent $70,000 to have them install the products incorrectly, damage my home, and then ******** to deliver poor quality projects as well. I am not sure if is just the ********** branch, but they are such a group of clowns. Seems like they subcontract with a bunch of idiots to save money, but they install poorly. I would not recommend these guys nor ever use them again.
